The direction which shows considerable promise in increasing the level of oil production is to put into production hardly extracted resources of porous fractured carbonate reservoirs which are differed by their extremely complicated geological construction and developed fissuring. The work shows peculiarities of exposure, exploration and production of hydrocarbons inside carbonate reservoirs. As an example "Ukrnafta" JSC's Well 35 of Lypovo-Dolynskiy field shows the peculiarity of production in complicated carbonates with porous fractured reservoirs.

The work shows the situation of oil extraction by the largest Ukrainian oil and gas production company "Ukrnafta" JSC. The characteristic features of the last stage of fields' exploitation are underlined and the basic foundations of stabilization and increasing the level of oil production.
