Dążąc do zwiększenia sprawności zarządzania skomplikowaną i rozległą strukturą organizacyjną, stworzono - wspólnie z Centralnym Ośrodkiem Informatyki Górnictwa - Portal Logistyki Zakupu e-PLZ. Unieruchomiony w pierwszym półroczu 2005 internetowy portal pozwala upoważnionym pracownikom każdego z Oddziałów Kompanii Węglowej SA uzyskać interesujące ich informacje.

According to current situation the process of purchases logistics in Kompania Węglowa SA is being realised in a decentralised manner. Striving to increase the effectiveness of management of this complex and developed organizational structure together with the Central Information Centre for Mining a portal was established called Portal of Purchases Logistics. Commenced in the first half of 2005 the internet portal allows the authorized employees from each of the branch of Kompania Węglowa SA to obtain the information of interests to them.

This paper proposes a novel approach to consensus reaching process, which combines a mathematical model and socio-psychological factors. We attempt to correlate two decision support systems: one with the teacher managing the process of reaching consensus within the laboratory groups of individuals, and computer-based system, with mathematical presumptions as for the consistency of the model with the reality of a particular social group.

Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu jest nowatorskie podejście do procesu osiągania konsensusu, łączące matematyczny model z czynnikami społeczno-psychologicznym. Autorki podjęły się próby skorelowania dwóch systemów wspomagania decyzji: rzeczywistego z nauczycielem zarządzającym procesem osiągania konsensusu w laboratoryjnych grupach studentów, a także informatycznego, którego matematyczne założenia były zgodne z realnymi zachowaniami określonej grupy społecznej.

In this paper we explain the need of "fairness" in the human-consistent computational system which supports a group consensus reaching process. We propose the model which combines mathematical approach based on fuzzy environment, i.e. “soft” consensus developed by Kacprzyk and Fedrizzi and socio-psychological approach concerning fairness component. We view fairness from two possible perspectives: a fair distribution and a fair final decision. Finally, we confirm our assumptions by observations in the analyzed groups of students.

W niniejszym artykule wyjaśniono potrzebę „sprawiedliwości” w systemie obliczeniowym wspomagającym proces osiągania konsensusu w grupie decydentów. Autorki zaproponowały model łączący podejście matematyczne oparte na środowisku rozmytym oraz czynniki społeczno-psychologiczne wyjaśniające opisywaną koncepcję. Pojęcie „sprawiedliwości” rozpatrywane jest tu w dwóch kategoriach: rozkładu zasobów oraz decyzji ostatecznej. Założenia poparte są wnioskami na podstawie obserwacji grup studentów.

W artykule omówiono problematykę zarządzania obszarem zabezpieczenia produkcji w Kompanii Węglowej SA. Z dniem 1 stycznia 2012 r. wprowadzono w KW SA zmiany organizacyjne, w tym zmiany w obszarze zabezpieczenia produkcji. Zostało utworzone, w strukturach Centrali KW SA, Centrum Logistyki Materiałowej. Jest to początek realizacji kompleksowego programu optymalizacji procesów i poprawy efektywności zarządzania w obszarze zabezpieczenia produkcji, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem „obszaru" zakupów.

The article discusses the problems of management of production's safeguarding area in Kompania Węglowa SA. With effect from 1 January 2012, organizational changes were introduced in KW SA, including changes in the safeguarding of the production. Centre for Material Logistics was created in the structures of the headquarters of KW SA. It is a beginning of the implementation of a comprehensive program to optimize processes and improve management efficiency in the area production's safeguarding, with particular emphasis on the „area" of purchases.

This review attempts to briefly summarise the recent developments in the synthesis and application of 1,8-naphthyridine derivatives as biological active compounds. A large number of these compounds still evolves interest of chemists and pharmacologists. From among of one thousand papers, which appeared within the last fifteen years, most described applications of 1,8-naphthyridine derivatives as biologicaly active compounds. Nalidixic acid (1) was the first 1,8-naphthyridine derivative approved as the drug with antibacterial activity. There are many routes to the synthesis of nalidixic acid. The main routes are presented in the Schemes 1, 4, and 6. This compound was the first from the quinolone's family applied as the chemotherapeutic drug. Modification of the structure of nalidixic acid brought the discovery of a new group of most potent antibacterial compounds called fluoroquinolones. Enoxacine (16), esafloxacine (21), tosulfoxacine (22), trovafloxacine (23) and alatrofloxacine (24) are the examples of 1,8-naphthyridine derivatives belonging to that group. General reaction scheme of synthesis of 16 and 21 is similar to synthesis of nalidixic acid, while synthesis of the compounds 22, 23, and 24 presented in Scheme 8 is quite different. Moreover, many other 1,8-naphthyridine derivatives 31-40 have been intensively studied as antibacterial agents in vitro, but none of them has been applied as a drug. A number of 2- and 7-substituted 1,8-naphthyridines 41 showed some antimalarial activity in vivo, while the compounds of general structure 42 were found inactive. 2(4)-Piperazinyl-1,8-naphthyridines (45) have been pharmacologically investigated for their antyhipertensive activity. 1,8-Naphthyridines 46, bearing a phenyl group in position 2, were found to be selective antagonists for the A1 adenosine receptor subtype. A series of 1,8-naphthyridines 47-49 exhibited appreciable diuretic and antikaliuretic activity in rats. In search for potential anticancer compounds study such as SAR (structure activity relationship) and QSAR (quantity structure activity relationship) have been used. As the result of the research the structure of the compounds 50 has established as the most potent inhibitor of tubulin polymerization. The nitrobenzo-1,8-naphthyridines (52)constitute a group of potential interest for the design of new cytotoxins. Moreover, 1,8-naphthyridine derivatives have been found to be active as inhibitors of platelet aggregation agents 53-54 ; antiviral 56-57 and antialergic agents 62. These derivatives possess bronchodilating 64, antiflammatory and sedative properties 67.

W Kompanii Węglowej S.A. realizowany jest projekt wdrożenia nowoczesnego zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego w obszarze zabezpieczenia produkcji - Kompleksu Logistyki Materiałowej. Decyzja o wdrożeniu systemu zapoczątkowała proces zasadniczych zmian w zakresie systemów informatycznych wspierających procesy zabezpieczenia produkcji w KW S.A. Wdrażany system powinien stanowi bazę do dalszej ewolucji procesów związanych z gospodarką magazynową i materiałową oraz do wprowadzenia nowoczesnych rozwiązań w sferze zakupów, pozwalających sprostać współczesnym wyzwaniom.

The project implementation of a modern integrated informatics system of production protection - Material Logistics Complex is realized in coal Company S.A. Decision about implementation of the system initiated the process of basic changes in the range of informatics changes supporting processes of production protection in KW S.A. the implemented system should be the basis for further evolution of processes connected with stock and materials economy as well as for introduction of the modern solutions in the zone of purchases, enabling to be up to temporary challenges.
