In the article poses a two objectives: to make a statistical analysis of investments carried out in agricultural holdings and co-fi nanced with funds from investment credits, and build an econometric model explaining investment decisions by farmers depending on such variables as age, number of years of education, number of household members, sex and marital status. Used in the article statistical methods allowed us to formulate conclusions that the number of signed loan agreements in the coming years is quite diverse, and to undertake investment activities have the greatest impact of gender and number of years of education. This article has been positively verifi ed the hypotheses posed in the article.

The paper discusses a model of matching process which was proposed by two American mathematicians: David Gale and Lloyd S. Shapley. The basic concept defined by them was the stable allocation, which can be achieved with so-called deferred acceptance algorithm. The article analyzes the problems discussed by the theory of stable allocations on the basis of graph theory. It has been shown that the issues raised by this theory can be ana-lyzed using bipartite graphs and networks weighted. They also formulated conditions which should be met in purpose to solve a problem of matching. References relate to the labor market, as a discussed issue is applicable in practice, especially in the design of systems of recruitment companies. The aim of the article is to present the problem of bilateral associa-tions with the use of the language of graph theory and an indication of possible applications in the area of search and match of job seekers and employers.

The research has two defined objectives. First of them was to identify changes on the labour market with special attention paid to the unused labour resources. The following aim was to investigate the influence of endogenous variables (both quantitative and qualitative) to the period of being unemployed as well as building the proper econometric model. The paper has been divided into two parts. In the first part the basic definitions concerning the labour market were presented. The identification of crucial problems and characteristics of changes on this market in the period 2010-2014 were conducted. The next part identified variables influencing the period of being unemployed. To reach the aim the authors used the Cox model of proportional hazards which enables the analysis of a duration of analysed factor without any need of defining the function of basic hazard. The main results of research show that the most often reason of skipping the job search regarding people of mid-age are diseases and disabilities as well as family duties. The econometric model made the identification of characteristics influencing the duration of unemplotment period. It was defined that the internet-based job search and gaining new competences shortened the time of searching for a job.
