W artykule przedstawiono analizę niezawodności automatyki odbudowy zasilania linii średniego napięcia zaimplementowanej w struktury systemu klasy SCADA. Analiza została przeprowadzona w oparciu o dwie rzeczywiste linie dystrybucyjne pracujące w Krajowym Systemie Elektroenergetycznym. Uzyskane wyniki potwierdzają konieczność wprowadzenia kolejnych etapów modernizacji systemów sterowania i nadzoru sieci średnich napięć oraz rozwój branży inteligentnych sieci elektroenergetycznych (ang. Smart Grid).

This paper presents an analysis of the reliability of the automation module of recovery power supply of medium-voltage lines implemented in SCADA system. Analysis were based on two real-working distribution grid fragments of National Power System in Poland. The results confirmed the need of modernization of supervisory and control systems in medium-voltage distribution networks and proves the validity and usefulness of the development of Smart Grid branch.

Control systems for superheated steam in power boilers is presented in the paper. The boiler is a controlled system of steam temperature, it is a complex assembly of elements termed steam superheaters. Properties of these elements are presented in the paper. The results of simulation tests carried out with a suggested model are given. Conclusions have been drawn and the course of further research has been determined on the basis of existing publications and authors’ own practice.

Kocioł jako obiekt regulacji temperatury pary, przedstawia złożony układ elementów określanych jako przegrzewacze parowe, w artykule przedstawiono właściwości tych konstrukcji. Zaprezentowano wyniki badań symulacyjnych, na wcześniej zaproponowanym modelu. Podsumowano badania i określono dalsze możliwe kierunki badań na podstawie własnych doświadczeń oraz przeglądu literatury.

Przedstawiono układ regulacji temperatury pary przegrzanej kotła energetycznego. Kocioł jako obiekt regulacji temperatury pary, przedstawia złożony układ elementów określanych jako przegrzewacze parowe, w artykule przedstawiono właściwości tych konstrukcji. Zaprezentowano wyniki badań symulacyjnych, na wcześniej zaproponowanym modelu. Podsumowano badania i określono dalsze możliwe kierunki badań na podstawie własnych doświadczeń oraz przeglądu literatury.

In this paper is presented the overview of Continuous Miners available on the market. Numbers describe machines from 1 to 41 and parameters obtained from manufacturers catalogues are presented on diagrams. The statistical analysis of some of parameters are carried out by linear approximation to show factors determining, for example, the total power of installed engines to the power of the cutting head drive, the total power of installed engines to the total mass, cutting height to the cutter diameter and cutting height to the cutting width, etc. Thin layers of coal less than 1.2 m thick and remnants of seams that require work on a system of boards and columns constitute an increasing share of coal deposits. Geometric restrictions, in this case, are closely correlated with the construction form of the machine and they must have high performance with limited geometric dimensions. This type is called “Continuous Miner”, and is closely correlated with those restrictions. The paper reviews the technical solutions used in these machines, which are currently used around the world. Particular attention is paid to the new concept of the cutting drum drive system, in which permanent magnet motors are proposed. Placing them in a cutting drum improves the efficiency of the mining process and the possibility of modular configuration depending on the required working conditions.

A diagnostic and control system for a turbine is presented. The influence of the turbine controller on regulation processes in the power system is described. Measured quantities have been characterized and methods for detecting errors have been determined. The paper presents the application of fuzzy neural networks (fuzzy-NNs) for diagnosing sensor faults in the control systems of a steam turbine. The structure of the fuzzy-NN model and the model’s method of learning, based on measurement data, are presented. Fuzzy-NNs are used to detect faults procedures. The fuzzy-NN models are created and verified.

Przedstawiono system diagnostyki dla układu sterowania turbiny parowej. Opisano procesy regulacji w systemie elektroenergetycznym oraz strukturę układu regulacji turbiny kondensacyjnej w układzie bloku energetycznego. Mierzone wielkości zostały scharakteryzowane wraz z metodami wykrywania uszkodzeń dla poszczególnych wielkości. W pracy przedstawiono zastosowanie rozmytych sieci neuronowych do detekcji uszkodzeń torów pomiarowych Przedstawiono strukturę modelu rozmytego i metodę uczenia modelu na podstawie danych pomiarowych. Zaprezentowano przykład zastosowania modelu FNN i zweryfikowano jego działanie na podstawie rzeczywistych danych pomiarowych.

W pracy przedstawiono koncepcję metodyki badań naczep samochodowych. Zakłada ona zastosowanie analiz numerycznych oraz badań eksperymentalnych. Proces rozpoczynany będzie od uproszczenia modelu 3D naczepy. W drugim kroku nastąpi parametryzacja geometrii umożliwiająca automatyczną aktualizację całej postaci konstrukcyjnej. W kolejnym etapie przeprowadzona zostanie analiza wytrzymałościowa. Jej wyniki posłużą do kalibracji modelu numerycznego na podstawie danych otrzymanych z testów doświadczalnych. Posługując się tak przygotowanym narzędziem, zostanie wykonana seria analiz numerycznych dla różnych zestawów parametrów. Analiza wrażliwości wyników wskaże grupę parametrów, które w największym stopniu wpływają na kluczowe cechy pojazdu. Aplikując je do wybranej metody optymalizacji, otrzyma się nową postać konstrukcyjną naczepy, spełniającą założone kryteria. Po wykonaniu prototypu naczepa przejdzie serię badań doświadczalnych w Centrum Badań i Rozwoju Wielton, gdzie zweryfikuje się jej wytrzymałość oraz trwałość, potwierdzając jednocześnie poprawność opracowanej metodyki. Głównym narzędziem badawczym na tym etapie będzie symulator drogi MTS 320 Road Simulator, umożliwiający testy gotowych pojazdów, w tym naczep.

The work presents the concept of a research methodology for semi-trailers vehicles. The methodology assumes the use of numerical analyzes and experimental research. The process begins with simplification of the semi-trailer model. In the second step, the geometry will be parameterized, which allows automatic updating of the entire construction. In the next stage, a strength analysis will be carried out. Its results will be used to calibrate the numerical model, based on data obtained from experimental tests. Using a such tool, a series of numerical analyzes will be performed for different sets of parameters. The sensitivity analysis of the results will indicate a group of parameters that have the greatest impact on the key features of the vehicle. Applying them to the chosen optimization method, a new constructional form of the trailer will be obtained, meeting the assumed criteria. After the prototype has been made, the semi-trailer will undergo a series of experimental tests at the R&D Centre in Wielton, verifying its strength and durability, and confirming the correctness of the developed methodology. The MTS 320 Road Simulator road Simulator will be used as the main research tool in that last stage of verification, allowing testing of complete vehicles, including semi-trailers.
