During the crisis time enterprises try to increase their competitivness by offering to their clients unique products, reducing unprofitable actions and focusing on core business. New attitude in business requires taking risks occuring m enterprises' milieu and operational activity into consideration. The mam areas of enterprises' activity's optimisation by using modern management ideas and estimating risks related to them were shown in this article. Improvement of management systems according to basic norms is a neccesity. It is possible also to improve management systems by their integration. In the lecture there are presented methods of improvement of management system and the advantages of it.
