Przedstawione na forum międzynarodowym w Głównej Kwaterze NATO dokumenty: European Radionavigation Plan (ERNP), Federal Radionavigation Plan US (FRP US), oraz podjęte decyzje, zobowiązują poszczególne państwa do opracowania krajowych radionawigacyjnych planów. Proces ten wymusza również fakt, że powoli kończą się resursy poszczególnych systemów i pomocy radionawigacyjnych i wychodzą one z użycia np. Omega, Loran-C, VOR, NDB i inne. Coraz większe uznanie znajduje technika satelitarna i według wstępnych założeń ma ona wyprzeć standardowe systemy i zapewnić z czasem lądowanie według III kategorii ICAO. Materiał ten prezentuje koncepcję polskiego radionawigacyjnego planu, uwzględniającego technikę satelitarną.

The Polish Radionawigation Plan is a review of existing and planned radionavigation systems used in air, land marine navigation. Meetings and discussions with radionavigation user groups, to give them the opportunity to exchange ideas and comments on this material, are planned to be held before the preparation of the next PRP. It is only estabilishment.

The paper presents the satellite navigation concepts for immediate implementation. The Polish Radionavigation Plan is a review of existing radionavigation systems used in air, land marine navigation are planned RTK DGPS reference, permanent stations. RTK DGPS has been recently started in Poland. The system is designed for both military and civil users. It is to fulfil demands of the Polish aviation for precise navigation in every conditionses of weather. The system is envisaged to be applied also to land navigation for public services. RTK DGPS will be be origin Polish Precise Active Positioning System. 11. PROBLEMS:

Niniejszy materiał prezentuje wyniki badań związanych z możliwością wykorzystania pokładowych odbiorników satelitarnych, przeprowadzonych w lotnictwie sił powietrznych w latach 1992 - 1997. Stąd też konieczne stało się przedstawienie poszczególnych etapów wdrażania elementów techniki satelitarnej w polskim lotnictwie wojskowym, podczas realizowanych eksperymentów. Ponadto podano pomiary trasowych punktów zwrotnych, wykonane metodą statyczną przy pomocy geodezyjnych naziemnych odbiorników satelitarnych.

The Polish Air Force interested in satellite technology since 1992 year. The Air Force Academy has executed in May 1992 first polish flight experiments, installed on board helicopters Mi-8, Mi-14, SOKÓŁ and airplane Iskra, receivers of satellite technology: Trimble, Sextant Avionique, Sel Alcatel. Then helicopters and airplane flew along the route. As a results of flight tests with the GPS system in aviation applications to have got a 95 percent accuracy of 100m (horizontal) and 156m (vertical). The next experiment was in 1993 year, installed on board GPS Magellan Nav receiver. From 1994 to 1997, as a result of cooperation with: The University of Agriculture and Technology, The Commission of Satellite Geodesy of The Committee of Space and Satellite Research of Polish Academy of Science. The Air Force Academy has tested the GPS navigation equipment.

The study considered the following six Nav-aid interoperability capa formulating the recommendations: precision approach, nonprecision approach, enroute navigation, avionics, approach lighting system and voice communications. The emergence of GNSS has to led to the development of required navigation performance (RNP). The emergence of GNSS has led to the development of required navigation performance (RNP). RNP is a statement of the navigation accuracy required for operation within a defined airspace. The navigation accuracy prescribed is the total system use accuracy, including ground-station or spacestation equipment ewors and aircraft receiver and/or display errors. The RNP concept will be applied to all phases of flight, including approach and landing. As part of the transition to the Future Air Navigation System (FANS), ICAO is developing a RNP standard for characterizing navigation system accuracy, independent of how a specific navigation system implementation actually achieved a given performance level. This standard is basedon the concept of RNP. Different areas of airspace have different RNP types associated with them. Currently, thereare four RNP types associated with enroute flight. The RNP type describes the 95 percent position accuracy espressed in nautical miless. For example, RNP 1 requires that the true aircraft location be within 1 nautical the indicated aircraft position at least 95 percent of the time.

The use of satellite navigation by aerial craft becomes more and more common. Practically every newly produced plane or helicopter has GPS receiver installed on board. This system becomes widely used because it is simple and highly reliable. To improve the Required Performance Navigation Parameters (RNP), namely, the accuracy, availability, continuity, and integrity of aircraft navigation, the integrated GPS and GLONASS techniques can be used. Users are especially interested in integrated GPS/GLONASS receivers. The appearance of new ASHTECH GG24 receiver on the market has made it possible to estimate the possibility of utilisation of this type of receivers in aircraft navigation. The main goal of performed flight trials was the use of those receivers in satellite-based approaches and landings. The authors of the report carried out an experiment aiming at data collection during flight and approach to landing of plane TS11 Iskra. The airport of Deblin was chosen as the test area. The precise trajectory of the aircraft was calculated in the global WGS'84 system of co-ordinates for subsequent positions during flight, at one-second intervals, with the use of RTK techniques in "post-processing" mode. The RTK positions were compared with DGPS/DGLONASS real-time positions and next, the estimation of real-time differential accuracy was done. The preliminary results of the accuracy analysis are given in the paper.
