Content available remote Criteria for Stability of Uncertain Linear Systems With Time-Varying Delay

EN
This paper focuses on the stability problem for uncertain linear systems with time-varying delays. Based on a discretized Lyapunov functional approach, delay-dependent criteria that are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities are proposed to guarantee asymptotic stability for such systems. Numerical examples are also included to show the effectiveness of the method.

Multi-proxy signature is a variant of proxy signature, which allows that a delegator (original signer) may delegate his signing rights to many proxy signers. Comparing with proxy signatures, multi-proxy signatures can effectively prevent that some of proxy signers abuse signing rights. Also, with the rapid development of identity-based cryptography, identity-based multi-proxy signature (IBMPS) schemes have been proposed. Comparing with proxy signature based on public key cryptography, IBMPS can simplify key management and be used for more applications. Presently, many identity-based multi-proxy signature schemes have been proposed, but most of them are constructed in the random oracle model. Also, the existing security model for identity-based multi-proxy signature is not enough complete according to the Boldyreva et al.’s work. In this paper, we present a framework for IBMPS on n + 1 users (n is the number of proxy signers participating in signing), and show a detailed security model for IBMPS. Under our framework, we present an identity-based multi-proxy signature scheme in the standard model. Comparing with other identity-based multi-proxy signature schemes, the proposed scheme has more complete security.

An all-fibre multi-parameter sensor for composite structures based on a chirped optical fibre Bragg grating (CFBG) has been studied theoretically and experimentally. The principle of multi-parameters sensing with a single CFBG is based on that the centre wavelength and the FWHM (full width at half maximum) in the reflection spectrum of a CFBG vary linearly with the temperature and/or the axial stress. A wavelength matched optical fibre long period grating (LPG) and another wavelength matched reference CFBG (CFBGR) have been used to interrogate the signal of the sensor CFBG (CFBGS). The temperature and strain of the composite structure have been monitored real-time with one CFBG as a single sensor head. The temperature resolution of 0.12ºC and the strain resolution of 1.1με for a composite structure have been realized in experiments. The experiment results agree well with the theoretical analyses.
