Artykuł zawiera wyniki analizy budowy geologicznej oraz płytkiej eksploatacji w kontekście określenia przyczyn powstania deformacji nieciągłych, zarejestrowanych w latach 1948-2005 na obszarze byłej kopalni KWK "Prezydent". Dla wydzielonych z OG rejonów oceniono zagrożenie ze strony starych zrobów z możliwością powstania kolejnych deformacji nieciągłych typu powierzchniowego

Results of geological structure analysis and shallow mining exploitation analysis in order to origin discontinuous deformation reason determination is presented in the paper. Discontinuous deformations were registered between 1948 and 2005 in "Prezydent" former coal mine area. For mine area was selected zone where Threat connected with old cavings as reason of surface type discontinuous deformation formation was defined for selected zones in coal mine area.

Approaches to design of information technology (IT) for complex shape objects (CSO) and textures (CST) models (as dynamic scene structural elements (DS-SE)) identification at surveying and reconnaissance hybrid optical-lectronic systems (HOES) are considered. IT is based on digital Hilbert-optics (DHO) methods and consists of several apparatuses and programming complexes (subsystems) dealing with IT design, modeling and verification system (IT-DMVS) defining and establishing the DHO-methodology (MDHO) basis for target's and background's digital signal, image processing (DS&IP) and recognition. MDHO includes modified (linear and nonlinear) Fourier, Hilbert, Foucault fractional transform algorithms, vector signature description (VSD), amplitudephase filtering and analysis (APFA), vector morphologic filtering and analysis (VMFA). DHO-models of CSO(CST) identified with HOES information-technological segments (ITS) could be successively applied to technologies solving "target-background situation" interpretation problem (TBS-IP).
