The paper deals with rewitalization of the Research Institute of Medicinal Plants in Plewiska and its adaptation towards the callers. Becouse of the limited finantial resources it is proposed to change only chosen places. The general conception of land planning covers creating new paths, planting trees where necessary, revitalization of the entrance area, square planning in front of the administrative building and setting "small architecture" elements to enrich existing order. In the entrance area it is suggested to design cafe, herbal shop and registration. This funcions should be located in a new downstairs building en suite existing one. There is a proposition of a different comunication system on the square in front of the mantion which the most important point is situated to face the entrace. As far as greenhouses are concerned some of them have to be knocked down and the others extended.
