This paper presents a structural approach to the Supervisory Control and Diagnostic System (SCDS) for highly distributed control systems. The Supervisory Control Systems are a class of control systems superintending the subordinate ones. The proposed methodology led to the construction of the low-cost SCDS system for the SLS (Swiss Light Source) accelerator project. In order to minimize the length of the accelerator's downtimes, it is essential to use the SCDS, which makes it possible to diagnose and react quickly to any failure of the accelerator's control system. During the realization of the Supervisory Control and Diagnostic System, it was considered to use CANbus with CANopen protocol and a PC running Linux with Real Time Application Interface linking the CANbus with Ethernet. To obtain a coherent concept of infrastructure, joining the constituent Supervisory Control System elements, the usefulness of object methodology for software creating was taken into account. The designed and constructed SCDS was subjected to a series of tests on its applicability to the planned tasks' execution. There were performed response time measurements for particular parts of the system which proved predefined assumptions. Thus, the accepted solutions were verified in practice.

W pracy przedstawiono analizę zachowania się konstrukcji masztu z odciągami w skali naturalnej pod wpływem oddziaływań wyjątkowych o charakterze dynamicznym. Przeprowadzono analizy odpowiedzi konstrukcji masztu poddanej następującym obciążeniom: *zerwanie pojedynczego odciągu, *kinematyczne, nagłe przemieszczenie (zapadnięcie) fundamentów odciągów, *nagłe odpadnięcie oblodzenia, *"uderzenie" w trzon (w przęśle i na podporze), *drgania gruntu pod wpływem wstrząsu sejsmicznego El-Centro, *obciążenie parasejsmiczne (wstrząs górniczy). W wyniku analizy odpowiedzi konstrukcji w czasie (time history analysis) uzyskano dane o przemieszczeniach konstrukcji i występujących w niej siłach (w przekrojach trzonu i w odciągach masztu).

The paper presents an analysis of the behavior of guyed mast structures in natural scale under the influence of special dynamic loading. Analyses of responses of mast structures subjected to the following loads were made: *breaking a single guy, *kinematic, sudden movement (collapse) of guy foundations, *a sudden release of ice, *"shot" of the stem (in the span and on the support), *ground vibrations due to seismic action of El Centro earthquake, *mining shock. By means time history analysis data on displacements of construction and the forces (in the cross of stem and in guys of the mast) were obtained.

Czas w logistycznej obsłudze klienta odnoszony jest przede wszystkim do okresu trwania cyklu realizacji zamówienia. Przyjmuje się, że klienci oczekują jak najkrótszego czasu dostawy, a firmy starają się; spełnić oczekiwania klientów. Do identyfikacji procesów i ich analizy posłużono się techniką mapowania. W celu wyeliminowania problemów i opóźnień w obszarze produkcji przeprowadzono dokładną analizę procesów wytwarzanie za pomocą metody Mapowania Strumienia Wartości.

Polish companies have to meet requirements concerning the service of clients. For that reason, maintaining high quality of services provided, they should also try to decrease the time of order realization. Nowadays, flexibility of a company's logistic system is essential, since it requires from companies the capacity to quickly and efficiently adjust to changing demand and the ability to quickly change the products offered for the market. The cycle of order realization goes through all links of a supply chain, thus it is one of the most fundamental criterion in assessing its efficiency. For the analysis of order realization cycle, one should recall the values influencing the creation of added value. The group of operations not adding the value should be reduced, factors adding the value need to be temporarily restricted only in the limit of maintaining the required level of client service, without worsening the service quality.
