Laser Engineered Net Shaping method is now dynamically developed innovative fabrication methods of fully functional components. In this work, our recent achievements in the field of production of components of complex shape and thin-wall made of different materials (e.g. FeAl, Fe3Al intermetallic based alloys and H13 steel), have been shown. It was found that each material requires individual technological parameters which allow to obtain parts of specific shape and predetermined thickness of the wall.
