Artykuł dotyczy problematyki efektywności realizacji zadań w podsystemie technicznym wojskowego systemu logistycznego w ramach terytorialnego systemu zabezpieczenia logistycznego jednostek wojskowych. Autor identyfikuje zasady funkcjonowania terytorialnego systemu zabezpieczenia logistycznego wojsk oraz zadania podsystemu technicznego w wojskowym systemie logistycznym. Zwraca również uwagę na wojskowy wymiar efektywności logistycznej oraz determinanty mające wpływ na efektywność realizacji zadań.

The article deals with the problem of the effectiveness of task implementation in the technical subsystem of the military logistic system within the territorial system of logistic support of military units. The author identifies the principles of functioning of the territorial logistics support system of forces and the tasks of the technical subsystem in the military logistic system. It also draws attention to the military dimension of logistic effectiveness and determinants affecting the efficiency of task implementation.

Withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union is undoubtedly an unprecedented event in the history of the EU. This process encounters many difficulties and reveals an increasing number of problems that contemporary Europe is facing and affects European integration. Even more complications in this area arise as a result of the deadlock in the internal dimension, and in the UK’s relations with the EU. It goes without saying, that this process will result in the need to create a completely new order in the UK’s relations with the EU and will have a huge impact on the global order. The whole process is multidimensional, hence the consequences of leaving the EU by the United Kingdom may have many effects for the UK not only in political and economic sense, but also in the field of its constitutional law and political system, including the area of the state’s territorial arrangement. The purpose of this study is to provide a legal analysis of Brexit’s potential consequences for the territorial system and threats to the territorial integrity of the United Kingdom itself, in particular for the status of its constituent parts and further relations between England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland. The risk of the split and disintegration of the United Kingdom as a result of Brexit cannot be overlooked.

W ostatnich kilkunastu latach w SZ RP wprowadzono wiele zmian organizacyjnych wynikających z konieczności dostosowania potencjału wojsk do nowych uwarunkowań i wyzwań. Przystąpienie Polski do Sojuszu Północnoatlantyckiego (NATO) oraz Unii Europejskiej (UE) wymagało wdrożenia nowych procedur kierowania i dowodzenia, a także spełnienia określonych standardów m.in. w zakresie szkolenia wojsk, ich potencjału bojowego i logistycznego z wykorzystaniem terytorialnego systemu zabezpieczenia logistycznego na bazie Regionalnych Baz Logistycznych (RBLog) i Wojskowych Oddziałów Gospodarczych (WOG).

Several organisational changes were made in the Polish Armed Forces during last years. These changes were due to the need of the armed forces potential adaptation for the new conditions and challenges. Poland’s accession to the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) and the European Union (EU) imposed the implementation of new command and control procedures. It was also crucial to fulfil particular standards, inter alia in the matter of training, troops’ combat potential and logistic potential in the frame of territorial logistic support system based on Logistic Regional Bases (LRB) and Garrison Logistic Units (GLU).
