The technique comes in almost all areas of human life, tying a person inextricably, which requires a change in the concept of the practice of thinking and acting. Thus, forcing a man to actively explore new technologies, equipments, machines, tools and use them in everyday life. It is important that this knowledge is structured, grounded and connected not only with practical action, but with technical thinking, which will allow for the proper functioning of the students in their daily lives. Technical thinking has a conceptually-imaginative nature, and its development is possible when we provide innovative thinking and creative teachers, pay attention to the selection of appropriate tasks and practical actions.

Digital image recording is becoming commonplace in modern life. This article describes current pedagogical research aimed at the use of visual recordings obtained using the digital technology CCD (Carge Coupled Device) for technical instruction at junior schools. The author begins by presupposing that visual recordings will range into a format that, when used during instruction, will operate on student receptivity in a new way and influence the effectiveness of technical teaching.

Purpose: The military, like other public and business sector organisations, is subject to continuous personnel improvement, especially in the areas of technology and engineering. The aim of the article is to present the specifics of the technical training process in the army and the possibilities of its improvement based on the analysis of soldiers' needs. Design/methodology/approach: The article presents the link between the process of technical training in the army and the implementation of strategic, operational and tactical objectives and then identifies areas for improvement from the perspective of the direct recipient, which is the user of military equipment. Findings: Based on the barriers to the acquisition of technical knowledge identified in the study, an assessment of the methods and tools supporting technical training, and the expected methodology for conducting them, it was determined that the standard of technical training in the army should be enriched with a training closure stage that takes into account changes in the military unit caused by the purchase of new equipment. Originality/value: The utilitarianism of the study stems from the possibility of its use by the military to determine the way in which military equipment suppliers train their personnel (users, service personnel). As a whole, the material can be an important contribution to the development of a standard of technical training requirements for suppliers of security and defence equipment.

The European Committee of Social Rights case law reaffirmed the great importance it is attached to vocational education which is essential not only integrating all people, young and old, into working life. The vocational education plays a central role in every aspect of personal development and social integration. Fundamental socio-economic trends such as ongoing globalisation and digitalization of the economy and the spread of information technology make it increasingly obvious that vocational education and training is live long process. Education, general and vocational, as well as professional training should be provided throughout the life cycle for all segments of the active population – young persons and adults, the unskilled and the skilled, the employed and unemployed. Investment in vocational education by the European Members States is quite substantial but in the view of the formidable challenges of the learning society there is still scope for further measures.

Autor analizuje orzecznictwo Europejskiego Komitetu Praw Społecznych Rady Europy w sprawach dotyczących szkolenia zawodowego. Podstawę prawną jego rozważań stanowi przepis at.10 Kart Społecznych z 1961 r. i 1991 r., zobowiązujący państwa członkowskie do zagwarantowania wszystkim osobom w wieku aktywności zawodowej możliwości odbycia stosowanych szkoleń ogólnych i zawodowych na wszelkich poziomach możliwych poziomach, od podstawowego po studia wyższe i podyplpmowe. Koncepcja ustawicznego szkolenia umożliwia osobm zainteresowanym realizację idei aktywnego funkcjonowania na rynku pracy we współczesnej epoce zatrudnienia postindustrialnego.

The system of training judoists-veterans with the use of interactive methods of pedagogical influence came forward in the article of research. The complicated character of the professionally-personal development of judoists-veterans on the basis of interactive methods of pedagogical influence stipulated the system-functional approach, and also the use of historically-logical and psychology-pedagogic analysis of the problem studied. In the course of research, the conceptions and theories, presented in researches of domestic and foreign scientists and practical workers, studying the psychology-pedagogic problems of technical and psychological training of veterans of the sport and their self-development have been used. The positive character of mutual influence of sporting activity and professional-personal development of judoists-veterans has been determined. The necessity to use interactive technologies for the construction of the modern sporting-pedagogical systems has been grounded, their role and high efficiency in the professionally-personal development of judoists-veterans have been exposed. It is well-proven that judo training, correct and positive way of life influence favourably the judoists-veterans’ health.
