Praca zawiera zagadnienia dotyczące procesu podejmowania decyzji globalnych na podstawie wiedzy zgromadzonej w kilku lokalnych bazach wiedzy. Lokalne bazy wiedzy zawierają informacje dotyczące tej samej dziedziny, ale określone są na różnych zbiorach atrybutów warunkowych, które nie muszą być rozłączne. System decyzyjny działający w oparciu o kilka baz wiedzy podejmuje decyzje globalne na podstawie zbioru przesłanek określonych dla atrybutów wszystkich wykorzystywanych baz wiedzy. Praca zawiera opis wieloagentowego systemu decyzyjnego o strukturze hierarchicznej oraz omówienie i porównanie proponowanych metod wnioskowania umożliwiających podejmowanie decyzji globalnych w tym systemie.

The paper includes issues related to the process of taking global decisions on the basis of knowledge included in a few local knowledge bases. The knowledge bases contain information regarding the same subject, but are defined on different sets of conditional attributes, which are not necessarily disjoint. Decision system, which operates based on knowledge from a few knowledge bases, take global decisions on the basis on a set of conditions inflicted on the attributes of used knowledge bases. The paper contains a description of multi-agent decision system with a hierarchical structure. The paper also contains a discussion and comparison of the proposed methods of inference enabling global decisions taking in this system.

Ant-based extraction of rules in simple decision systems over ontological graphs

In the paper, the problem of extraction of complex decision rules in simple decision systems over ontological graphs is considered. The extracted rules are consistent with the dominance principle similar to that applied in the dominance-based rough set approach (DRSA). In our study, we propose to use a heuristic algorithm, utilizing the ant-based clustering approach, searching the semantic spaces of concepts presented by means of ontological graphs. Concepts included in the semantic spaces are values of attributes describing objects in simple decision systems.

Ta koordynacja i współpraca jest osiągana przez rozwiązania organizacyjne oparte na zintegrowanym systemie decyzyjnym i wspomaganiu narzędziami informatycznymi. W kontekście organizacji służb prewencji i ratowniczych, istotą narzędzi informatycznych jest udostępnianie informacji kluczowych dla systemu decyzyjnego akcji ratowniczej. W publikacji, w oparciu o założenie o indywidualnych charakterze zdarzenia kryzysowego oraz znaczeniu informacji o środowisku, w pierwszej części przedstawiamy strukturę i przepływy informacji systemu wspomagania systemu decyzyjnego, w warunkach sytuacji kryzysowej. W tworzeniu informatycznych narzędzi wspomagania systemu decyzyjnego potrzebne są wzorce procesów decyzyjnych. W drugiej części publikacji przedstawiono studium przypadku i jego zastosowanie w tworzeniu wzorców procesów decyzyjnych.

At the core of the smooth operation of services of prevention and rescue in counteracting the effects of emergency events lies close coordination and cooperation. This coordination and cooperation is achieved through organizational solutions based on an integrated decision-making and supporting IT tools. In the context of the organization of prevention and rescue services, the essence of tools is to provide key information for decision-making system rescue. The publication, based on the assumption of the individual nature of an incident and the importance of environmental information, in the first part of the present structure and flow of information system supporting decision-making system, in conditions of crisis. In the creation of information tools supporting decision-making system are needed patterns of decision-making processes. In the second part of the paper presents a case study and its use in the creation of patterns of decision-making processes.

W pracy przedstawiono definicje i podstawowe pojęcia Sieci Semantycznych Web oraz Wieloagentowych Systemów Informatycznych i Decyzyjnych. Omówiono ich genezę i rozwój. Pokazano dwa przykłady szczegółowe tych systemów.

In the work some definitions and notions of the Semantic Web and Multi-Agent Systems are presented. The first part of the work contains some characteristic of concept and theory applied to semantic networks. The planning, grouping time and space, closing on semantic networks algorithm in two practical examples of One-and Three-Agent Systems are done.
