This article is devoted to the issues related to the semantic connectivity of the words głęboki and глибокий (deep) within their respective meanings. The study is based both on the information contained in dictionaries of both languages and on corpus data (the resources of the balanced versions of the NKJP and the ГРАК). All collocates of both adjectives were excerpted from the lexicographic and corpus material, and then typical – conventionalised – syntagmas with lexemes głęboki and глибокий were revealed. As a result of the in-depth analysis, conclusions were drawn also about the similarities within the semantic connectivity of the examined adjectives.

Artykuł jest poświęcony zagadnieniom związanym z łączliwością semantyczną wyrazów głęboki i глибокий w obrębie każdego z ich znaczeń. Badanie jest oparte zarówno na informacjach zawartych w słownikach każdego z języków, jak i danych korpusowych (wykorzystano zasoby zrównoważonej wersji NKJP oraz ГРАК). Z materiału leksykograficznego oraz korpusowego wyekscerpowano wszystkie kolokaty obu przymiotników, a następnie ujawniono typowe – skonwencjonalizowane – syntagmy zawierające leksemy głęboki i глибокий. Wskutek wnikliwej analizy wyciągnięto wnioski także na temat podobieństw w zakresie łączliwości semantycznej badanych przymiotników.

The article is devoted to Virgin Mary’s interceding role. It is based on the hermeneutics of the celebration texts in the Mass form Virgin Mary the Helper of the Faithful contained in Collectio Missarum de Beata Maria Virgine. The study consists of three parts: the first one contains an analysis of Biblical texts (the 1st reading, the responsorial psalm, the song before the Gospel, and the Gospel itself); the second part presents an analysis of euchologic prayers (the collect, the offertory prayer, the preface and the prayer after the Communion), and the third one has a synthetic character and contains theological-liturgical conclusions. They are contained in the Logos (the truths resulting from the analysis) and in the Ethos (application of these truths in life).
