Przedstawiono wyniki badań nad modyfikacją stopu AK132 dodatkami AICu19P1,4 i AlSr10. Stwierdzono korzystny wpływ modyfikacji na zmianę struktury i morfologii przełomów badanego stopu.

The results of the modification of alloy AISi132 by the additives of AICu19P1,4 and AlSr10 have been presented. It has proved good influence of modification for structure and morphology of alIoy.

W artykule przedstawiono zastosowanie metody Analizy Termiczno-Napięciowo Derywacyjnej do określenia temperatury zabiegów przesycania i starzenia siluminu AK132 (AISi13Cu2). Badany stop został poddany typowym zabiegom rafinacji i modyfikacji, a następnie obróbce cieplnej. Zakres temperatury dla zabiegów obróbki cieplnej określono na podstawie krzywych ATND.

The heat treatment of the AK132 alloys have been described in this paper. The characteristics points obtained from the crystallization curves and from the voltage curves, as well from their derivatives have been determined on the state of the solidification and crystallization curves using the metode simultaneous recording ATND. Temperature on the characteristics points have been base of the optimization test of heat treatment.

W artykule przedstawiono próbę zastosowania jednoczesnej metody Analizy Termiczno-Napięciowo Derywacyjnej do określenia właściwości mechanicznych siluminu AK132. Badany stop został poddany typowym zabiegom rafinacji i modyfikacji.

The evaluation test of mechanical properties of the AK132 has been described in this paper. The characteristics points obtained from the solidification curves and from the voltage curves, as well from their derivatives have been determined on the state of the solidification and crystallization curves using the method simultaneous recording ATND. On the state of these characteristic points, the mathematical models have been defined of define the mechanical properties of the AK132 silumin (Rm., HB).
