In the paper an attempt was made to reduce flow resistances by means of surfactant and high molecular polymer added simultaneously to the solvent. The prepared solution were examined and identified on the; basis of rheological experiments and were classified as power-low fluids of Ostwalde - de Waele. Friction factor curves of micellar-polymer solutions were drawn. It was found, that the transition zone between laminar and turbulent flow was extended towards larger Reynolds number in comparison with those occurring in the case of micellar or polymer solutions. Therefore, it was concluded that micellar-polymer structures cause much effective drag reduction then surfactant or polymer alone, undergoing very small degradation. All additional effects accompanying the flow of micellar-polymer fluids were described. The empirical relationships describing the friction factor curve were presented for micellar-polymer solutions.
Sporządzono pseudonewtonowskie krzywe oporów roztworów polimerowo-micelarnych i porównano je z odpowiednimi krzywymi roztworów wielkocząsteczkowych polimerów i roztworów substancji powierzchniowo czynnych z solą. Stwierdzono, że stabilna strefa przejściowa jest wyraźnie wydłużona w kierunku większych liczb Reynold-sa, w porównaniu z przypadkiem występującym przy przepływie cieczy micelarnych.

Pseudo-Newtonian friction factor curves of blended polymer-micellar solutions were drawn and compared with those obtained for high molecular polymers or surfactants with salt. It was determined that the stable transition zone between the laminar and turbulent flow is substantially extended towards larger Reynolds numbers, compared to the one occurring in case of the flow of micellar liquids.
