In the paper an attempt was made to reduce flow resistances by means of surfactant and high molecular polymer added simultaneously to the solvent. The mechanism of formation of micellar-polymer structures and available in literature methods for their identification were described. All additional effects accompanying the flow of micellar-polymer fluids were described. The hypothesis of mechanism of drag reduction by micellar-polymer fluids was presented and it help to understand this phenomena.
