Agricultural products are one of the important products in Vietnam's agricultural industry and contribute significantly to the value of economic growth. Under the direction of the Government, many businesses have taken solutions to remove difficulties in maintaining production, circulation and transportation of goods to ensure the supply of agricultural products during the covid-19 pandemic. In which, the application of technology in chain management and operation is a solution that brings positive effects to Vietnam's agricultural product industry.
W latach 2003-2016 relacje cen detalicznych większości środków mechanizacji rolnictwa do cen skupu płodów rolnych zmieniały się na niekorzyść rolnictwa. Cena zestawu 25 środków mechanizacji rolnictwa, wyrażona w jednostkach masy pszenicy była w 2016 r. o 50,3%, żyta - o 51,2%, żywca wieprzowego - o 63,7%, a mleka krowiego (w jednostkach objętości) - o 45,9% wyższa niż w 2003 r. W relacji do pszenicy potaniały tylko: dojarka z rurociągiem mlecznym (o 10,4%), dojarka konwiowa (o 4,4%), Niższe względem żyta były ceny: dojarki z rurociągiem mlecznym o 17,7%, dojarki konwiowej - o 12,2%, owijarki bel - o 7,8% i poidła jednomiskowego dla bydła - o 4,4%. Te same maszyny potaniały wobec żywca wieprzowego: dojarka z rurociągiem mlecznym (o 17,3%) i dojarka konwiowa (o 11,7%), owijarka bel (o 7,2%) oraz poidło jednomiskowe dla bydła (o 3.8%). Natomiast w stosunku do mleka potaniało pięć środków mechanizacji rolnictwa: dojarka z rurociągiem mlecznym (o 20,2%) dojarka konwiowa (o 14,8%), owijarka bel (o 10,5%), poidło jednomiskowe dla bydła (o 7,2%) i schładzarka do mleka zbiornikowa o pojemności 500 l (o 2,3%).

During the years 2003-2016 changes of price relations between farm machinery and agricultural products were unfavorable for farmers. The price of machinery set including tractor and 24 implements, expressed in mass units of wheat was in 2016 by 63.7%, of rye - by 50.3%, of pigs for slaughter - by 51.2% and of cow milk (in volume units) - by 45.9% higher than in 2003. Only 2 implements cheapened in relation to wheat: pipeline milking machine - by 10.4% and bucket milking machine - by 4.4%. Pipeline milking machine cheapened in relation to rye by 17.7%, bucket milking machine - by 12.2%, bale wrapping machine - by 7.8% and water bowl for cattle - by 4.4%. The same machines cheapened in relation to pigs for slaughter: pipeline milking machine - by 17.3%, bucket milking machine - by 11.7%, bale wrapping machine - by 7.2% and water bowl for cattle - by 3.8%. Instead, five implements cheapened in relation to cow milk: pipeline milking machine - by 20.2%, bucket milking machine - by 14.8%, bale wrapping machine - by 10.5%, water bowl for cattle - by o 7.2% and 500 l tank milk cooler - by 2.3%.
The object of considerations is legal issue of qualification of legal relations as cultivation contract in accordance with article 613–622 of Civil Code. Cultivation contract has productive character. Its subject is closely related to the manufacturing process in agriculture, where at the same time it is important starting position in the chain of supply of agricultural products, although sometimes it is regarded by mistake as sale or delivery contract. Judicial decisions, analyzed in the article confirm the existence of several model features, which occurence in particular legal relationship makes it a part of cultivation contract. While lack of characteristic features for code model of contracting causes that the agreement is not recognized as cultivation contract in the meaning of article 613–626 of Civil Code. Features of cultivation contract highlighted in the judicial practice can be divided into features so called connected with subjective aspects – parties to the contract and features connected with object of the contract. Party to the contract may be agricultural producer, who produces agricultural products in his own farm in productive process, and provides it to contracting person, and of course contracting person (most often entrepreneur). The subject of performance is “facere” – production and delivery of fixed amount of agricultural products, produced in own farm.
