W artykule omówiono rodzaje problemów do rozwiązania. Przedstawiono działalność decy-zyjną opartą na strukturze systemu sterującego. Omówiono relacje zachodzące między podsystemami tego systemu: postulatorem, optymalizatorem i realizatorem. Uzasadniono konieczność zapoznania uczniów z problematyką dotyczącą podejmowania decyzji w ujęciu cybernetycznym.

In the article the kinds of problems to be solved were discussed. Decision making based on a structure of a steering system was presented. The relations occurring between subsystems of that system such as: postulator, optimizer and performer. The necessity of making pupils familiar with problems connected with the issue of decision making according to the cybernetic approach, was given grounds to.

Przez męczeństwo uczeń upodabnia się do swego Mistrza, który dobrowolnie przyjął śmierć za zbawienie świata i podąża za Nim aż do przelania krwi. Z tego względu Kościół ceni męczeństwo jako wspaniały dar i największy dowód miłości. Męczeństwo i powołanie do męczeństwa nie są owocem ludzkiej decyzji i wysiłku, ale jest odpowiedzią na inicjatywę i wezwanie Boga. Kiedy Bóg zaprasza kogoś do tego świadectwa miłości, dostosowuje go do tego powołania i daje mu możliwość życia w taki sposób, aby dawać świadectwo wierze. Tworzy to żywą wspólnotę między Chrystusem a męczennikiem, w której męczennik może czerpać siłę do swojej decyzji.

By martyrdom a disciple takes likeness to his Master, who voluntarily accepted death for the salvation of the world, and follows Him right until the shedding of blood. For this reason the Church values martyrs as excellent gifts and greatest proofs of love. Martyrdom and the calling to martyrdom are not results of human decision and effort, but answers to God’s initiative and calling. When God calls a person to give this testimony of love, He enables him for this calling, and gives him the ability to live in this loving way of life, and bear witness to faith. This creates a live communion between Christ and the martyr, where the martyr can draw strength for his decision.

For the first time since the reform of canon law in 1983, the terminology regarding relics was included in an official document of the Holy See. The Instruction distinguishes between significant and non-significant relics. Referring to the decrees of the Sacred Congregation of Rites, it shows the reasons why this particular division was rightly introduced. The bishop of the diocese or eparchy where the mortal remains are preserved is competent to perform all the possible procedures on them, provided he has previously obtained the consent of the heirs and the consent of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints (different variants are possible). Apart from a tribunal, the bishop nominates expert pathologists to perform technical procedures and two witnesses. The article discusses the procedures of canonical recognition of the remains, extraction of fragments in case of the imminent beatification, and some final operations.
