The article presents the results of research and literature studies in terms of the perception of threats. The author presents the main factors affecting the quality and efficiency of the perception of threats. The paper firstly looks at an integrated model of the perception of the warning signal and, secondly, the complexity and multidiscipline of the approach required by this model, arguing and advocating broadening the field of interest in security sciences to other fields and disciplines.

Artykuł podejmuje problem uniwersalnego postrzegania otoczenia współczesnej organizacji gospodarującej, jaką jest między innymi przedsiębiorstwo, dotycząc racjonalnego i skutecznego postrzegania sytuacji w turbulentnym otoczeniu tej organizacji. Praca przedstawia model uniwersalnej jednostki rzeczywistości, będącej teoretyczno-logicznym konstruktem, odnoszącym się głównie do teorii systemów ogólnych Ludwiga von Bertalanffy’ego i epistemologii ewolucyjnej Karla R. Poppera. Jednostkę tą nazwano roboczo modelem systemu organizacyjnego. Zidentyfikowano jego podstawowe elementy, jak strukturę oraz relacje, jak również wskazano zasadę (logikę) jego funkcjonowania, w tym logikę jego rozwoju ilościowego i jakościowego. Przedstawiono także koncepcję modelu ewolucji jakościowej tego typu systemów. Zakłada się, że pomocą opracowanych modeli możliwe będzie wyjaśnianie przyczyn zjawisk, jak również mechanizmów zdarzeń, w turbulentnym otoczeniu współczesnej organizacji gospodarującej, pozwalając na skuteczniejsze zarządzanie tą organizacją.

The article addresses the problem of the universal perception of the environment of a modern business organization, such as an enterprise, concerning a rational and effective perception of the situation in the turbulent environment of this organization. The work presents a model of a universal unit of reality, a that is a theoretical construct, mainly related to Ludwig von Bertalanffy's general systems theory and the evolutionary epistemology of Karl R. Popper. This unit was named as a model of the organizational system. Its basic elements, such as structure and relations, have been identified, as well as the logic of its functioning, including the logic of its quantitative and qualitative development. The concept of the spiral model of organizational system development as well as the concept of the qualitative evolution model were presented. It is assumed that using the elaborated model will be possible to explain the causes of phenomena as well as the mechanisms of events that occur in the turbulent environment of a modern business organization, allowing for more effective management of this organization.
