Celem artykułu jest przeanalizowanie ewolucji form organizacyjnych sieci współpracy na podstawie wybranych przykładów polskich i światowych. W artykule przedstawiono możliwe formy organizacyjne, jakie mogą przyjmować instytucjonalne sieci współpracy. Zwrócono uwagę na podstawowe warunki wyboru określonej formy organizacyjnej sieci. W ujęciu modelowym zaprezentowano procesy ewolucji formalizacji sieci wskazując na pięć podstawowych scenariuszy, które zostały zilustrowane przykładami polskimi i zagranicznymi. Na zakończenie przedstawiono wnioski i rekomendacje dla tworzonych w regionie i w Polsce sieci współpracy i klastrów.

The main goal of the paper is analysis of network form evolution, based on chosen polish and world-wide examples. The paper presents the possible forms of business networks. Special attention has been paid conditions of choosing certain form of cooperation. The model indicating five basic evolutionary scenarios of formalization of network, these scenarios has been supported by examples of networks in Poland and abroad. On the end some conclusions and recommendation for creating network of cooperation and industrial clusters has been presented.

The article presents the results of historical and pedagogical studies of the innovative ideas in the theory and practice of an Ukrainian teacher Ivan Hurovych Tkachenko. The analysis of the published and unpublished sources, curricula, programs and reports on the results of the inspections of school performances held in the collections of the archives of Pedagogical Museum of Ukraine is presented. The liberalization of public life in the late 50-s of the twentieth century, reform of the Soviet system of education to prepare young people for work in industry, agriculture, culture and science led to a strong pace of innovation in educational theory and practice. The innovative ideas of Ivan Tkachenko are in unison with the social priorities of those days. Noteworthy is the author’s approach to the development of content and organizational forms, the methods of labor education and training of the students, implemented in the Bogdanivska secondary school of Znamyansk district in Kirovograd region. In the terms of knowledge as the dominant paradigm of education Ivan Tkachenko successfully embodied the principles of labor education and personal development of the students: intellectual, aesthetic, physical. The teacher did not consider labor education of the students as an end in itself but as a way of formation of positive motivation to learning and creative use in everyday practice. Ivan Tkachenko developed the idea of social and professional component of teaching and education of the students that was based on an understanding of transfer to the youth the essence of social culture. In the period of modernization of activity of secondary school innovative idea to integrate knowledge from natural subjects and agricultural production, the use of science and technology and science knowledge in production processes is relevant. The elements of pedagogical innovation of humanistic orientation are developing training methods, improving the structure and organizational learning and education implemented by the teachers in school practice. The significant innovative achievements have been implemented not only in practice of Bogdanivska secondary school, but also in other comprehensive schools of Ukraine, especially in Sahnivska secondary school of Korsun-Shevchenkivskiy district of Cherkasy region, Novopokrovska boarding school of Solonyanskiy district of Dnipropetrovsk region and others. The article singles out the importance of pedagogical innovation of the second half of the twentieth century and the ideas that are in unison for the modern development of Ukrainian school system.

Nowe technologie transportowe i rozwój gospodarki cyfrowej są w ostatnich latach determinantami zmian w zachowaniach transportowych ludności. Władze publiczne przeznaczają znaczne kwoty na rozwój nowych sposobów przemieszczania się, nie doceniając znaczenia wyboru dla nowej działalności odpowiednich form organizacyjnych. Przedsiębiorcy prywatni, eksperymentując z różnymi modelami biznesowymi, pod presją czasu podejmują ryzykowne decyzje kończące się często wycofaniem oferty z rynku lub likwidacją działalności na danym rynku. Zjawiska te są typowe dla rynków charakteryzujących się wysoką dynamiką wzrostu. Cele zrównoważonej mobilności wymagają jednak stabilizacji oferty usług transportowych alternatywnych dla prywatnych samochodów. Problematyce uwarunkowań organizacyjnych na różnych rynkach cząstkowych poświęcony jest niniejszy artykuł. Omówiono czynniki rozwoju na rynku transportu publicznego, pojazdów na minuty oraz nowej formy mobilności – Mobility as a Service. Podsumowanie zawiera najważniejsze wnioski z przeprowadzonej analizy.

In recent years, new transport and digital technologies have been determinants of changes in the transport behavior of the population. Public authorities allocate considerable amounts to the development of new modes of transport. They underestimate the importance of choosing appropriate organizational forms for new activities. Private companies experiment with various business models and under time pressure, take risky decisions that often result in withdrawing services from the market or liquidating activities in a given market. These phenomena are typical for markets with high growth dynamics. Sustainable mobility objectives, however, require stabilization of alternative services to private cars. This article is devoted to the issue of organizational conditions on various sub-markets. Market development factors from public transport, vehicles per minute and a new form of mobility - Mobility as a Service were discussed. The summary contains the most important conclusions from the analysis.
