Artykuł prezentuje możliwości wykorzystania metody taksonomicznej prof. Z. Hellwiga do wielokryterialnej oceny dokonań przedsiębiorstwa w długich okresach. Szczególna uwaga została poświęcona zagadnieniu doboru kryteriów stanowiących podstawę tej oceny. Istotny wpływ na kształtowanie się wartości kryteriów o charakterze finansowym mają zjawiska inflacyjne i deflacyjne w gospodarce. Ich oddziaływanie powinno być zatem uwzględnione w procesie pomiarowym. Efektom działalności przedsiębiorstwa w poszczególnych latach zostały przypisane syntetyczne miary liczbowe.

Omawiane w artykule zagadnienia koncentrują się w obszarze zaopatrzeniowo - dystrybucyjnego systemu logistycznego średniego przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego branży mechanicznej. Bazując na podejściu systemowym do logistyki przemysłowej przy opracowywaniu metody wspomagania podejmowania decyzji związanych z bieżącym konfigurowaniem logistycznego systemu zaopatrzeniowo - dystrybucyjnego przedsiębiorstwa wykorzystano metodologię oceny wielokryterialnej. Poprzez bieżące konfigurowanie rozpatrywanego podsystemu zaopatrzenia i dystrybucji rozumie się dobór elementów tegoż systemu (dostawcy surowców, baza transportowa, magazyny) oraz realizowaną na bieżąco modyfikację hannonogramu dostaw po wprowadzeniu nowych zleceń dostawczych oraz utworzonych na ich podstawie procesów zaopatrzeniowo - dystrybucyjnych.

Matters discussed in this paper, are concentrated in the area of supply and distribution logistics system of middle production enterprise. Authors show most important decision problems in area of supply and distribution logistics system. The aim of this paper is elaboration of the method of complex decision making in the considered logistic system for little and medium production companies. On the basis of the system approach to the industrial logistic and with elaboration of quick configuration method of the supply and distribution enterprise system (understood as selection of logistic system elements and the running modification of supply schedule after the implementation of a new clients order) the methodology of multicriteria estimation for logistic decision making process adding was utilized.

Multi-criteria evaluation of complex phenomena is an important part of decision problems. The multi-criteria evaluations are different types of difficulties, in particular, the multiplicity and diversity of the assessed phenomena, the multiplicity and the variety of diagnostic variables characterizing the evaluated phenomenon, the difficulty to transform the quality characteristics of quantitative traits, the difficulty of aggregating sub-criteria. This paper presents selected models of multi-criteria evaluation corresponding to different decision-making situations. These models will be applied in the system supporting management in the area of knowledge management in mechanical engineering industry enterprises.

Growing expectations of clients, who demand products adapted to their individual needs is inducing the development of batch processes. The author developed a model of batch processes rating based on the following criterions: - Economical criterion applies to evaluation of the productions’ cost levels connected with the process subjected to analysis and necessary investment funds. - Ecological criterion is about means of natural environment protection, utilization and segregation of wastes and usage of various media. This criterion is about social responsibility of companies. - Social criterion concerns working conditions (ergonomics on work centers), requirements on personnel qualifications and satisfaction from work - rated for example by measuring absence at work or with survey. - The market criterion is about evaluation if the product or additional services meet clients’ individual needs and if the prices and time between the product beening ordered and delivered to the client are elastic. It is about evaluation of product based on clients’ point of view. - Technological criterion, which concerns implementation of production process course, is based on machines’ work and production workers’ work evaluation. - General development criterion allows the evaluation of a companies’ state not only by measuring fulfilled production processes, but by its general condition as well. - Planning criterion is related to fulfilling general production schedules, which is one of the main targets of production control For each criterion the authors performed selection of indicators, which enable evaluation of the process. Developed conception allows performing complex and synthetic evaluation of batch processes.

W artykule przedstawiono weryfikację metody wielokryterialnej oceny rozłożenia potoku ruchu na przykładzie korytarza transportowego Gdańsk-Warszawa-Katowice. Jako kryteria cząstkowe przyjęto kryterium kosztów średnich, kosztów krańcowych oraz kryterium kosztów zewnętrznych. Dla wielokryterialnej oceny wariantów rozłożenia potoku ruchu wykorzystano metodę MAJA`99 [4], uwzględniającą współczynniki względnej ważności kryteriów cząstkowych.

The paper suggests a multicriteria evaluation of traffic flow distribution in a multimodal transport corridor. The appropriate optimisation problems of traffic flow distribution within a multimodal; transport corridor are formulated. In order to evaluate the development, one ought to study many alternative varaiants of traffic flow distribution, and on this basis select one of the varaiants, on the basis of the multicriteria objective function.

Evaluation and hierarchisation of each factor influencing the dredging works' organisation could be a supporting tool for creating economically and technically suitable works' scenarios. In this article the factors influencing the dredging works' organisation in ports' area have been presented and evaluated by using the hierarchy analysis method.

While choosing an electronic payment system intended for an immediate communication of a user (passenger) with an electronic terminal of a service provider (carrier), it is necessary to respect system parameters of presented technologies (NFC, EMV, and ABT). The methodology of choosing an electronic payment system within public transport may be divided into three steps as follows: • outlining criteria for variants evaluation, • multi-criterial evaluation of variants, and • evaluation of empirical research results. The presented article introduces more results of the research within VEGA project solving. Specifically, the article presents results of the multi-criterial expert decisionmaking problem using the WSA (Weighted Sum Approach) method and the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. At the end of the article, there are presented results of empirical research studies focused on an electronic payment system used in public passenger transport. The empirical research studies were realized in the Slovak Republic in 2014, 2016, and 2018.

An identification and the classification of spliced joints ends of worsted Sirospun wool yarns from a point of view of the appearance and their strength properties were conducted in the article. For solving an indicated issue statistical methods of multi criteria evaluations of spliced joints were applied. The performed evaluation enabled to select the combination of steering of the spliced device technologically useful.

Artykuł przedstawia badania w zakresie kształtowania oraz wymiarowania strefy przyjęć i wydań w obiekcie cross-dockingowym o układzie przestrzennym typu I. Strefę przyjęć i wydań ukształtowano w czterech wariantach organizacji przestrzeni dla dwóch typów akumulatorowych wózków: unoszącego i podnośnikowego z przeciwwagą. Dla każdego wariantu obliczono wartości parametrów technicznych i ekonomicznych. Następnie wśród wszystkich ww. wariantów wybrano wariant preferowany przy użyciu metody unitaryzacji zerowej.

The paper presents a research in shaping and dimensioning receipt zone and dispatch zone in a cross-dock facility for determined type of spatial layout. Receipt and dispatch zone was examined in four variants of space organization and was shaped for 2 types of electric forklift trucks: rider low-lift truck and counterbalance truck. Thereafter among all previously mentioned variants there was one preferred variant chosen by using zero equalization method.

The study presents the APEKS 2 method as a proposal of modification of the APEKS method, used to evaluate and select one of the many variants of organizational and technical solutions using their multi-criteria evaluation. The proposed modification of the method consists mainly in changing the procedure of determining the numerical weights of the evaluation criteria. As a result of the proposed change, the possibility of disregarding the influence of a given criterion on the final score is eliminated, unless it is an action intended by the evaluator. Moreover, the introduced change increases the accuracy of the method and allows to better reflect the preferences of the evaluator. Thanks to this, the APEKS 2 method gives the possibility of a better evaluation and, as a result, a more precise selection of the best of the compared technical solutions. The original method and its modification are also suitable for multi-criteria evaluation and selection of the best solution in non-technical applications.

W opracowaniu przedstawiono metodę APEKS 2 jako propozycję modyfikacji metody APEKS, służącej do oceny i wyboru jednego z wielu wariantów rozwiązań organizacyjno-technicznych przy zastosowaniu ich oceny wielokryterialnej. Zapropo-nowana modyfikacja metody polega przede wszystkim na zmianie sposobu określania liczbowych wag kryteriów oceny. W efekcie eliminuje się możliwość pominięcia wpływu danego kryterium na ocenę końcową, chyba że będzie to działanie zamierzone przez oceniającego. Ponadto wprowadzona zmiana zwiększa dokładność metody i pozwala w większym stopniu odzwierciedlić preferencje oceniającego. Dzięki temu metoda APEKS 2 daje możliwość lepszej oceny i w efekcie precyzyjniejszego wyboru najlepszego z porównywanych rozwiązań technicznych. Analizowana metoda oraz jej modyfikacja nadaje się również do wielokryterialnej oceny i wyboru najlepszego rozwiązania w zastosowaniach pozatechnicznych.

Przeprowadzonej ocenie poddano opracowane materiały rodziny PMI 9 ... PMI 15 oraz materiały porównawcze układu Ni-Cr-B-Si (PG-SR3 i PG-10N-01) znane od wielu lat na rynku światowym.

The structure and composition of the eutectic composites family materials prepared on the basis of the four-element system of Fe-Mn-C-B alloyed with the elements Si, Ni and Cr are discussed. A multicriterial evaluation of the choice of material with the greatest resistance to friction wear in different friction conditions and with different countersamples is presented. Materials of the PMI 9 ... PMI 15 family, as well as comparative materials of the system Ni-Cr-B-Si (PG-SR3 and PG-10N-01), known for many years in world markets, were prepared and tested.

Multi-criteria evaluation methods, such as Promethee, Electre, Analytic Hierarchy Process, the method of Distance Meters Formula, the so called methods recognized as a multi-criteria school of decisions taking allow decomposition of a complex decision-making problem (k criteria) and the creation of finite ranking of n-element set of the assessed variants (objects). The article presents the possibility of using one of the above methods (Analytic Hierarchy Process method) in the process of differentiating the quality of the activities undertaken by hard coal mines in the sphere of management of occupational health and safety.

Analiza procesu w systemie dystrybucji to nie tylko analiza samego procesu dystrybucji, kosztów jej realizacji lub optymalizacji procesu ale przede wszystkim możliwości dostarczenia oczekiwanych pojazdów do użytkowników i sama wielokryterialna ocena środków transportowych.

This paper is about some aspects multi-criteria evaluation of the selection of vehicles in distribution systems of vehicles. There is presented system, how it is built vehicle distribution and presented some publications dealing with the problem of distribution. Analysis of the process in the distribution system is not only the analysis of the distribution process, the costs of its implementation or optimization process but most of all opportunities to deliver the expected vehicles to the users and the same multi-criteria evaluation of the vehicles.

W artykule przedstawiono wielokryterialną ocenę wybranych systemów recyklingu pojazdów wycofanych z eksploatacji. Wprowadzenie wielokryterialności, tj. zestawu kryteriów reprezentujących aspekty środowiskowe, społeczne, ekonomiczne i techniczne umożliwia dokonanie kompleksowej, a zarazem syntetycznej oceny efektywności działania przy jednoczesnym uwzględnieniu zakresu zrównoważonego rozwoju. Do przeprowadzenia oceny systemów recyklingu wybrano narzędzie Electre, które służy do wielokryterialnego wspomagania decyzji w klasyfikacji wariantów.

Organization and management of the recycling network requires the use of appropriate decision support tools. The article presents multi-criteria evaluation of selected end-of-life vehicle recycling systems. The implementation of multi-criteria, ie a set of criteria that represent environmental, social, economic and technical aspects, enables a comprehensive and at the same time synthetic assessment of system performance while taking into account the extent of its sustainability. For recycling network assessment Electre tool has been applied which is one of the multi-criteria decision analysis methods.
