Artykuł zawiera podstawowe informacje na temat Nauczania Hybrydowego - nowoczesnego, elektronicznego narzędzia wspierającego nauczanie bezpośrednie. W artykule umieszczono podstawowe definicje, wyjaśnienie mechanizmów i korzyści wynikających z nowej metody, jak również wskazanie na zasadność i konieczność jej stosowania we współczesnych organizacjach. W treści wykazano jak ważne jest wykorzystanie nowoczesnych technologii w rzeczywistym rozwoju organizacji. W artykule przedstawiono także etapy procesu projektowania i wdrażania Systemu Nauczania Hybrydowego w organizacji. Kluczową tezą artykułu jest stwierdzenie, że współczesne organizacje powinny wykorzystywać rozwiązania informatycznie nie tylko do zadań operacyjnych, ale również do budowania kapitału intelektualnego poprzez m.in. nauczanie hybrydowe.

The paper contains the main information about the Blended Learning - a modern, electronic tool supporting the direct teaching. There are presented the basic definitions, an explanation of mechanisms and advantages of the new method, as well as the purposefulness and need of applying it in contemporary organizations. The author shows how it is important to use modern technologies in the real development of an organization. In the paper there are also described the stages of designing and implementing the Blended Learning System in the organization. The main thesis of the paper is the statement that contemporary organizations should use IT solutions not only for operation tasks, but also for building the intellectual capital through the Blended Learning. The introduction and the second section contain the information concerning the tendency in building the intellectual capital of contemporary organizations. The crucial theses are based on statements included in Fazlagic and Senge publications. The third section gives the characteristics of Blended Learning together with relating it to the management organization functions (Fig. 1). The author's conception concerning the stages of planning and implementing the Blended Learning in the organization is presented in the fourth section. Use of technologies in the education process can be a chance for small and medium enterprises in the process of creating competitive edges in the scope of building the intellectual capital. This paper is aimed at making the problems of the Blended Learning more familiar, and showing the possibilities of adopting new methods and technologies supporting the development of the organization to individual needs of the organization.
At the Institute of Applied Linguistics (ILS) in the entire Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (UAM), full-time classes were suspended as of 11 March 2019 due to the declaration of a pandemic, and till June 2021 were held in the remote mode. The need to switch from full-time to remote teaching therefore fell on both lecturers and students suddenly, causing temporary disorganisation of the teaching process. In a short time, however, both parties had to organise themselves anew and take up the hitherto unknown challenge of learning and teaching completely at a distance, even though the form of communication itself, via the Internet, was not new. The problems this posed and the conclusions it led to are presented in this article. The aim of the article is to reflect on the form and implementation of distance learning in selected subjects of the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses in Applied Linguistics at ILS in the academic years 2019/20 and 2020/21, based on the experiences of the authors of the article and the participating students, which ena-bled the former to draw conclusions on the effectiveness of this form of teaching and raising the quality of education in the subjects studied.
