The purpose of writing the ankle was to present the results obtained in the own studies on the presence of fungi in public buildings in the city of Kielce. The study was performed in two public buildings for a total of 12 rooms. 53 samples of indoor air were collected. Based on the chamber microclimate parameters study of the public buildings as well as mycological studies a significant relation between CO2 concentration and humidity and the presence of colony-forming units of fungi is shown.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w bazie patentowej Espacenet dotyczących metod poszukiwania i produkcji trufli. Celem badań jest określenie istniejącego stanu wiedzy w zakresie patentów w związku z realizowanymi pracami badawczymi na temat innowacyjnych metod geotechnologicznych i biotechnologicznych poszukiwania i produkcji trufli. Grzyby trufle zostały wybrane jako przedmiot badań ze względu na ich unikalne wartości jako środki spożywcze i ich pozytywny wpływ na ludzkie zdrowie i samopoczucie. Dokonano analizy bazy Espacenet według słów kluczowych, jak również wyszukanych opisów patentowych.

This paper presents the results of research carried out at the patent database Espacenet on methods for the exploration and production of truffles. The aim of the research is to determine the state of art of patents in connection with ongoing research work on innovative geotechnology and biotechnology methods for exploration and production of truffles. Mushrooms truffles have been selected as the research subject for their unique values as foodstuffs and their positive impact on human health and well-being. Patent documentation has been analyzed – patent data basis of Espacenet according to key words, as well as found patent specifications.
