The work presents application of analytic hierarchy process for valuation of real property. This method gives possibility of indication guild which formed real property value. There are possibility of scheduling of selected real estate in conformity with degree similarity as well.

Problem sprawiedliwej i wymiernej oceny ofert przedstawionych w postępowaniu o zamówienie publiczne jest jednym z kluczowych zagadnień w problematyce zamówień publicznych. Od tego w jaki sposób zostaną sformułowane kryteria oceny zależy prawidłowość całej procedury udzielania zamówień. Zamawiający wiedząc o tym bardzo często manipulują tymi kryteriami bądź też dla swojej wygody nie określają ich w ogóle. Innym ważnym problemem jest właściwy przydział wag dla każdego z ww. kryteriów, tak aby rzeczywiście odzwierciedlały stopień ważności każdego z nich. Artykuł ten podejmuje problem właściwego doboru kryteriów oceny ofert w zamówieniach publicznych, a także wskazuje metodę sprawiedliwego przydziału wag procentowych każdego z tych kryteriów w oparciu o metodę hierarchii analitycznej.

The problem of fair and rational evaluation of offers presented in public order procedure is one of the most essential issues in the area of public orders. The correctness of the entire orders giving procedure depends on the way how the evaluation criteria are formed. The order takers, being aware of that very often manipulate these criteria, or for their owncomfort do not specify the criteria at all. Another important issue is the proper percentage ration for each of the criteria mentioned above, so that they reflect the importance scale for each of them. This article tells about the proper selection of the offers' evaluation criteria in public orders. It also presents the method of right percentage assigning for each of the criteria according to the analytic hierarchy method.

The evaluation of risks discharges very often into subjective assessments of the probability of occurrence and / or the extent of loss. These assessments show a low transparency concerning the development of the judgements and are influenced by various different cognitive effects hindering the assessing persons to better accomplish this important step in the handling of risks. The Analytic Hierachy Process [AHP] is an instrument which has especially been used in the field of strategic decision making to solve similar problems of inducing people to make their tacit knowledge explicit. This way it seems reasonable to adopt the AHP methodology for the assessment of risks. For that purpose an AHP risk evaluation model is built up on the basis of the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of existing risk evaluation models. The elaborated risk evaluation using AHP is finally founded upon the separated judgement of the risk parameters and the quantification with the concept of fixed points. The model delivers an adequate base of operations for risk regulation and reduces the problem areas of low transparency and negative impacts of cognitive effects.
Purpose: of this paper is to justification the most rational method for the nanostructures synthesis on the semiconductors surface, which is capable of providing high quality synthesized nanostructures at low cost and ease of the process. Design/methodology/approach: The choice of the optimal method of synthesis was carried out using the hierarchy analysis method, which is implemented by decomposing the problem into more simple parts and further processing judgments at each hierarchical level using pair comparisons. Findings: The article describes the main methods of synthesis of nanostructures, presents their advantages and disadvantages. The methods were evaluated by such criteria as: environmental friendliness, efficiency, stages number of the technological process, complexity, resources expenditure and time and effectiveness. Using the hierarchy analysis method, has been established that electrochemical etching is the most important alternative, and when choosing a nanostructures synthesis method on the semiconductors surface, this method should be preferred. Such studies are necessary for industrial serial production of nanostructures and allow reducing expenses at the realization of the problem of synthesis of qualitative samples. Research limitations/implications: In this research, the hierarchy analysis method was used only to select a rational method for synthesizing nanostructures on the semiconductors surface. However, this research needs to be developed with respect to establishing a correlation between the synthesis conditions and the nanostructures acquired properties. Practical implications: First, was been established that the optimal method for the nanostructures synthesis on the semiconductors surface is electrochemical etching, and not lithographic or chemical method. This allowed the theoretical and empirical point of view to justify the choice of the nanostructures synthesis method in the industrial production conditions. Secondly, the presented method can be applied to the synthesis method choice of other nanostructures types, which is necessary in conditions of resources exhaustion and high raw materials cost. Originality/value: In the article, for the first time, the choice of the nanostructures synthesis method on the semiconductors surface is presented using of paired comparisons of criteria and available alternatives. The article will be useful to engineers involved in the nanostructures synthesis, researchers and scientists, as well as students studying in the field of "nanotechnology".
W artykule omówiono metodę hierarchii analitycznej (Analytic Hierarchy Process – AHP) i jej zastosowanie do oceny bezpieczeństwa technicznego gazociągów. Przedstawiono model matematyczny opisujący poziomy bezpieczeństwa technicznego gazociągu. Obliczenia wykonano przy pomocy programu komputerowego Expert Choice (EC11).

In this paper the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) applied to the evaluation of the technical safety level of gas pipelines was presented. The mathematical model of the gas pipelines technical safety levels was described. The computer calculations were done by Expert Choice (EC11) software.
This article discusses in a simplified manner how to use the multiple functions of the Geographic Information System (GIS) to support the engineering decision for vital and important sites that require the decision-maker to have a high degree of certainty, such as the decision related to choosing the best location for the airport among several sites. This paper aims to provide a practical model that allows for a decision support system on how to adopt a GIS software by both its part Arc-Map and Arc-Catalog combined with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to make strategic decisions by spatial and non-spatial analysis to choose the appropriate site for the project as those related to choosing an airport location. Nineteenth criteria were considered to analyze the study area which is represented by three governorates of the middle Euphrates region in Iraq, Babil, Kerbala, and AL-Najaf. Finally, the research presented a practical and efficient approach for the decision maker to select the appropriate location for the airport based on the value of the highest suitability index.
