Wachlarz zadań dotyczących zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa stawiany organom administracji morskiej ciągle wzrasta. Dlatego zasadne jest wykorzystanie nowych środków, które mogę pomóc w ich realizacji. Do takich nowoczesnych środków należą bezzałogowe statki powietrzne (drony). Użycie ich pozwala w pełni realizować zadania z zakresu zarządzania kryzysowego, ratownictwa, monitoringu strefy brzegowej czy interwencji w zakresie rozpoznania terenu oraz geodezji.

The range of tasks related to ensuring security for maritime administration bodies is constantly growing. Therefore, it is justified to use new resources which can help in their implementation. Such modern means include unmanned aerial vehicles (drones). They allow full implementation of tasks in the field of crisis management, rescue, monitoring of the coastal zone or interventions in the field of land recognition and geodesy. The significance of non-military tasks affecting the security of maritime administrations in the field of crisis management has increased. The use of unmanned drone - drone allows us to fully implement the tasks of crisis management, rescue, monitoring of the coastal zone, interventions in the field of land recognition and geodesy.

The development of tourism leads to coastal environment devastation and, consequ-ently, to growing costs of its regeneration. The key management competences at the seaside lie with the Directors of Maritime Offices. Their protective measures would allow for reducing disadvantageous trends. Having this in mind, NIK decided to exa-mine whether maritime offices realised their responsibilities related to the use of the coastal strip in compliance with the safety and environmental requirements.
