According to the concept of managing the value of enterprises, in other words (value based management), the most common in Polish literature of this subject is connecting the value analysis of enterprises and the value for shareholders with the assesment of capital structure of enterprises and direction and scope using access funds. This topic is perceived slightly differently by M. Michalski, who treats Value Based Management from the shareholders interests perspective as a different version of strategic management and he adapts part of the methods of strategic analysis to identify sources of operational value of enterprises. This artical is devoted to those topics.

Managing a change process lets an enterprise increase its flexibility in adapting to fast developing markets. It also allows transforming it and creating in this way a fully competitive enterprise. The ability to quickly introduce many farreaching changes simultaneously has a crucial meaning for the enterprise's growth.

Zarządzanie przestrzenią jest procesem polegającym na wyznaczeniu optymalnego sposobu użytkowania przestrzeni z uwzględnieniem jej naturalnych predyspozycji określanego w miejscowym planie zagospodarowania przestrzennego. Należy zwrócić uwagę, że zmiany struktury powierzchniowej przestrzeni planistycznej muszą być zgodne z zrównoważonym rozwojem oraz powinny chronić tę przestrzeń przed konfliktami przestrzennymi i dewastacją. Bardzo ważne jest prowadzenie przez samorząd gminny szerokiego zakresu analiz i symulacji różnych decyzji przestrzennych oraz koordynacja działań i przedsięwzięć finansowych, informacyjnych i technicznych. Nowoczesne zarządzanie przestrzenią powinno zagwarantować nie tylko ład przestrzenny i racjonalną gospodarkę przestrzenną, ale i możliwości pozyskiwania przez samorządy terytorialne dodatkowych dochodów w ramach prowadzonej gospodarki przestrzennej. Takie opłaty lokalne jak: planistyczna, adiacencka, miejscowa, uzdrowiskowa, za korzystanie ze środowiska, za użytkowanie gruntów, podatki od nieruchomości, od działalności gospodarczej, podatek rolny, leśny mogą być maksymalizowane tylko w efekcie optymalnego zarządzania przestrzenią.

Spatial management is a process consisting in determining an optimal way of space use taking into account its natural predispositions specified in the local spatial management plan. Attention should be paid to the fact that the changes in the surface structure of the planning space must be in line with the sustainable development principles and should protect the space against spatial conflicts and devastation. Developing broad analyses and simulations of different spatial decisions as well as coordination of actions with financial, information and technical investments belong to the most important tasks of the local authorities. Modern spatial management should ensure not only spatial order and rational spatial economy but an opportunity to obtain additional incomes in the framework of the ongoing spatial management activities. Such local fees as e.g.: planning fee, adjacent fee, local tax, health resort tax, fee for the use of the environment, fee for ground use, immobility tax, economic activity tax, agricultural tax, forest tax can be maximized only as a result of an optimal use of space.

Artykuł podejmuje problematykę gospodarowania wodami opadowymi w mieście. Konieczna jest zmiana dotychczasowego postępowania. Miasto zamiast odprowadzać wodę deszczową poza swoje granice powinno świadomie nią gospodarować. Przyniesie to nie tylko poprawę stosunków wodnych, ale również wymierne oszczędności ekonomiczne. W artykule zasugerowano metodę kompleksowego wprowadzania rozwiązań technicznych zmierzających do pełnego wykorzystania wody opadowej na terenie miasta.

The subject of the article is the problem of the managing of the rainwater in the city. There is the need of changing contemporary practice of treating the rainwater in the city. The city should manage of the rainwater consciously. It will bring not only the positive change of the water underground conditions but also can give the economical savings. In article was proposed the suggestion of the introducing technical solutions which the aim is complex using the rainwater in the city.

Aby ten system funkcjonował sprawnie i mógł dostarczać bieżących informacji niezbędne staje się posiadanie odpowiednio zorganizowanego systemu zarządzania obiegiem dokumentów w przedsiębiorstwie z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technologii informacyjnych. Celem artykułu będzie zaprezentowanie roli sprawnego obiegu dokumentów księgowych dla zarządzania a w szczególności dla szybkości podejmowania bieżących decyzji finansowych przez kadrę zarządzającą oraz zaprezentowanie przykładu obiegu dokumentów w przedsiębiorstwie.

Information about the financial and assets position generated by the accounting IT systems of companies have a strategic importance for their operation. In order for these sys-tems to operate smoothly and to provide current information, a suitably organized system of documents flow is crucial using state-of-the-art information technologies. The purpose of the paper is to present the role of an efficient flow of accounting documents in management, including in particular the speed of making day-to-day financial decisions by management staff.

Schizophrenia-like psychoses are one of the major problems in modern psychiatry. This is due not only to their high incidence in the general population, but it is also associated with the complexity of psychiatric and psychological problems, which make up the clinical picture of the diseases in this group. The mental state of people with schizophrenia results from the experienced hallucinations, delusions, negative symptoms, mood disorders, cognitive disorders and the impact of numerous stressors. These symptoms and disorders have a chronic adverse impact on the professional and family life of patients, which translates not only into significant deterioration in the patients’ quality of life, but also makes patients more susceptible to various psychosocial stressors. Chronic excessive stress is a phenomenon with a proven role in triggering the first episode of schizophrenia. In addition, stress has a negative impact on the course of the disease due to the increased risk of recurrence. An important task for psychiatrists and psychologists is to draw attention to the mechanisms of coping with stress available to the patient, because with them, patients will be able to deal more effectively with difficult situations.

Psychozy typu schizofrenii stanowią jeden z głównych problemów współczesnej psychiatrii. Wynika to z ich znacznego rozpowszechnienia w populacji ogólnej, ale również ze złożoności problemów psychiatryczno-psychologicznych, które składają się na obraz kliniczny schorzeń z tej grupy. Stan psychiczny osób chorych na schizofrenię jest wypadkową doświadczanych omamów, urojeń, objawów negatywnych, zaburzeń nastroju i zaburzeń funkcji poznawczych oraz działania rozmaitych stresorów. Wymienione objawy i zaburzenia wywierają przewlekły niekorzystny wpływ na funkcjonowanie zawodowe i rodzinne pacjentów, co nie tylko przekłada się na istotne pogorszenie jakości ich życia, lecz także eksponuje ich na rozmaite stresory psychospołeczne. Przewlekły nadmierny stres to zjawisko o potwierdzonej roli w wyzwalaniu pierwszego epizodu schizofrenii. Ponadto stres rzutuje na przebieg choroby –zwiększa ryzyko jej nawrotowości. Istotnym zadaniem lekarza psychiatry i psychologa jest zwrócenie uwagi na mechanizmy radzenia sobie ze stresem, jakimi dysponuje pacjent, gdyż dzięki nim będzie on w stanie skuteczniej radzić sobie w sytuacjach trudnych.
