Artykuł prezentuje rodzaje danych wejściowych i wyjściowych związanych z realizacją jednego z podstawowych elementów systemów zarządzania, jakim jest przegląd zarządzania. W referacie skupiono się na wymaganiach norm dotyczących systemów zarządzania w jednostkach certyfikujących wyroby (PN-EN ISO/IEC 17065:2013-03), jednostkach certyfikujących osoby (PN-EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012) oraz w jednostkach inspekcyjnych (PN-EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012). W normach tych występują bardzo zbliżone wymagania dotyczące przeglądów zarządzania.

The article presents the types of input and output data related to the implementation of one of the basic elements of management systems, that is the management review. The paper focuses on the requirements of standards for management systems at the entities certifying products (PN-EN ISO/IEC 17065:2013-03), persons (PN-EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012) and inspection entities (PN-EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012). These standards have very similar requirements for management reviews.

Jednym z wymagań dla systemu zarządzania jakości i bezpieczeństwem produktu określonych w standardzie IFS Logistics jest ciągłe doskonalenie jego skuteczności. Ważnym elementem procesu ciągłego doskonalenia jest systematyczna ocena systemu w celu zidentyfikowania potrzeb doskonalenia, ustalenia priorytetów w tym zakresie oraz podjęcia właściwych działań doskonalących. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie narzędzi oceny systemu zarządzania jakością i bezpieczeństwem produktu wdrożonego w oparciu o wymagania standardu IFS Logistics, takich jak inspekcje wewnętrzne, audit wewnętrzny oraz przegląd zarządzania.

One of the requirements for product quality and safety management system specified in IFS Logistics standard is the continual improvement of its effectiveness. An important element of the process for continual improvement is a systematic assessment of the system to identify improvement needs, establish priorities in this area and take appropriate improvement actions. The aim of this article is to present tools of product quality and safety management system assessment implemented on the basis of IFS Logistics standard, such as internal inspections, internal audit and management review.

Purpose: The aim of the paper is to analyze the problems connected with internal audit and management review within the organization in the ISO 9001:2015 implementation process. Design/methodology/approach: Critical literature analysis. Analysis of international literature from main databases and polish literature and legal acts connecting with researched topic. Findings: To achieve good functioning level of Quality management system we need to do periodically the internal audits and management reviews. Audit is the examination or inspection of various books of accounts by an auditor followed by physical checking of inventory to make sure that all departments are following documented system of recording transactions. Audits are very useful tool to analyses the organization functioning and improve it’s performance. On the basis of the conducted analysis we can say that the main activities needed in the internal audit process are: interview personnel, observe operations, review documents and records and examine records. In the audit process is especially important for auditor to have appropriate qualities. They should be according to ISO 19011 requirements. The best solution for the analysis of the performance of ISO 9001 system can be done when we not only use internal audits but also management reviews in our managerial practice. Originality/value: Detailed analysis of all subjects related to internal audits and management reviews in ISO 9001:2015.
