W powiązaniu z innymi metodami badawczymi i symulacyjnymi wyznaczone funkcje pozwalają szerzej poznać specyfikę zjawisk zachodzących podczas krystalizacji żeliwa wermikularnego. Do opracowania modelu krystalizacji badanego żeliwa wykorzystano program komputerowy firmy „Z-TECH”.

Analytical-numerical model of crystallisation of vermicular graphite iron with ferrite-pearlite matrix have been executed on the grounds of heat exchange balance in crystallise cast iron in the ATD10 sampler with use numerical simulation of spectral heat of crystallise phases. It has been appointed functions heat excretions in dependencies of temperatures cast iron in relation to its crystallisation primary and secondary. Within interrelationship with the other investigative and simulative methods appointed functions allows widely recognise specificity of overlap effect during crystallisation of vermicular graphite iron. It has been made use of computer program “Z-TECH” firm’s for elaboration of crystallisation model of researched cast iron.
The analysis of the primary crystallization of wear corrosive-erosive high chromium cast steel was introduced in the article on the basis of investigations the widened method of the differential thermal analysis with testers DTA-C and DTA-Is. The use of these testers enabled the analysis of crystallization for the various rates of cooling.
In this paper crystallization studies of low-alloyed construction cast steel were presented for different additions of chromium, nickel and molybdenum modified with vanadium and titanium. Studies were conducted using developed TDA stand, which additionally enabled evaluation of cooling rate influence on crystallization process of investigated alloys.
The article shows results of studies of primary crystallization and wear resistance of Cr-Ni-Mo cast steel intended for work in corrosive and abrasive conditions. The studies of primary crystallization were conducted with use of TDA method and modified tester allowing measurement casting cooling time influence on the cooling and crystallization curves of studied alloys. After heat treatment of examined cast steel wear tests of the samples were conducted on pin-on-disc type device.
The work presents results of studies of intermetallic compound based Fe-40Al alloy after primary crystallization. Chemical composition of the alloy was established through many year's experiences. Possibilities and limitations of the obtained material's plastic working were of especial interest. Course of crystallization in casting mould was also analysed.
