Nonwoven materials as the products in the range of flat textiles are relatively new structures. Stitch nonwoven have been found very wide application in clothing industry, medicine and civil engineering. This field of textiles production has generated not only new methods of production but also new - up to now not known - manufacturing machines as well as it has influenced the development of new variation of traditional machines. These machines are more and more sophisticated with high parameters of operation and high sensitivity on the exploitation errors. They are equipped in the systems of continuos monitoring of both technological parameters of stitching and sensitive nodes of mechanisms of needle punching machine. The base of diagnostic knowledge based on the experimental investigation has own restrictions. Active experiments can not be carried-out on the real needle punching machines because these are large and very expensive objects. Passive experiments need longer time of investigations. Most of needle punching machines have the driving system of stitching bench by crank-crosshead mechanism. In considered solution this design, realised by eccentric drive, was assumed. The consideration concerning balancing and mass distribution can be found in [1] and was neglected here has been. The crank bearings were calculated by means of procedure given in the standard DIN 31652. The results have been given in paper [1] too. This paper concerns the analysis of main bearings of simple needle punching machines in the conditions of dynamic loads. The consideration are for the steady-state motion on the idle run of machine.
