The article presents research results concerning the role of the Internet in shaping work relations in companies aiming to flatten down their organizational structure, even to "the point of having no employees". In this paper, we explore the legal, economic and organizational, psychological and social contexts of telecommuting. Three models of telecommuting were distinguished. Apples research. instruments: questionnaire, analysis of law act and subject literature.
