Content available remote Wyznaczanie płaskich przepływów cieczy lepkiej w zagłębieniach wielospójnych
100%
PL
W artykule przedstawiono metodę pozwalającą na wyznaczanie płaskich, stacjonarnych przepływów cieczy lepkiej w wielospójnych obszarach ograniczonych. Przy obliczaniu przepływów wykorzystano metodę dekompozycji pola prędkości [1 - 5]. Pokazano możliwości sterowania przepływem w zagłębieniu poprzez wprowadzanie kierownic. Zaprezentowano przykład zastosowania metody do badania przepływów cieczy lepkiej w dwu- i trójspójnych zagłębieniach kwadratowych z jedną poruszającą się ścianką.

The article presents the method of calculation of the sticky liquid flat, stable flow in multi-coherent bounded zone. The decomposition method of the velocity field was used for calculations [1-5]. The control possibilities of the liquid flow in the hollow determined by the crossbeams are presented. The example of the method application for the sticky liquid flows in the hollows is given.

A series of single-hole hollow polyester fiber (SHHPF) reinforced hydrogenated carboxyl nitrile rubber (HXNBR) composites were fabricated. In this study, the sound absorption property of the HXNBR/SHHPF composite was tested in an impedance tube, the composite morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the tensile mechanical property was measured by strength tester. The results demonstrated that a remarkable change in sound absorption can be observed by increasing the SHHPF content from 0% to 40%. In the composite with 40% SHHPF in 1 mm thickness, the sound absorption coefficient reached 0.671 at 2,500 Hz; the effective bandwidth was 1,800-2,500 Hz for sound absorption coefficient larger than 0.2. But the sound absorption property of the composite deteriorated when the SHHPF content increased to 50% in 1 mm thickness. While with 20% SHHPF proportion, the sound absorption property was improved by increasing the thickness of composites from 1 to 5 mm. Compared with the pure HXNBR of the same thickness, the tensile mechanical property of the composite improved significantly by increasing the SHHPF proportion. As a lightweight composite with excellent sound absorption property, the HXNBR/SHHPF composite has potential practical application value in the fields of engineering.

Results of investigations of the fauna of Uropodina mites of decayed tree stumps and hollows in Poland are presented by the author. Occurrence of 41 species with 2102 specimens of the mites as mentioned above were found by him in the material investigated comprising 188 samples (Table 1). The characteristics of the Uropodina mites of the merocenoses under study is presented and similarity of the species composition of this fauna depending on the tree kind is discussed.

In total, 298 transects (each 600 m long) were surveyed between 1987 and 1995 for otter Lutra lutra (Linnaeus, 1758) signs (spraints, smears and jellies) in nine rivers of NE Spain. Also two stretches of the rivers Noguera Ribagor^ana (length 2 km) and Noguera Pallaresa (length 2.6 km) in the Spanish Pyrenees were surveyed monthly between November 1989 and October 1990 for all otter tracks and signs. In both cases, all stones, rocks, beaches, hollows, caves, walls, shelves, and vegetation in the river and bankside within a 5 m band from the river edge (each side) were examined. The type of substrate on which findings were made was noted together with, the number of signs at a site. A seasonal pattern was found for the Pyrenean rivers with greatest sign density in winter and spring. In Mediterranean rivers, seasonality was not evident, founding even more signs in summer in some stretches. A total of 547.0 signs/km were recorded on the river Noguera Ribagor^ana during a year of study, of which 9.6% were smears, 1.0% jellies and 89.4% spraints. On the river Noguera Pallaresa 261.5 signs/km were noted, of which 9.2% were smears, 1.1% jellies and 89.7% spraints. A variation in sign deposition substrata (earth-beaches, grass, and rocks) and site (banks, middle river islands, caves/cracks, and river-stream confluences) throughout the year was observed, in the Noguera Ribagorfana stretch, periods of greatest sign deposition appear to be related to the presence of cubs. In accordance with the theory of the marking of resource use, a number of the spraints might not be significant, but rather the result of immature cub behaviour.
