The study covers many aspects of specialised distribution, in which maintenance of technology for keeping a cooling channel intact is required. When seen in the light of these issues many problems with costs and organisation appear, causing the increase of value of enterprises with such a profile. At the current degree of development of trade in Poland a significant position will be certainly taken by export strategies, in which it is possible to take advantage of multiple tools for operationalisation of various stages of implementation of these strategies. In the study some of those factors have been shown in detail, since they are immeasurable and difficult to verify in financial reports. The most important is the distributors own brand, the essence of which was described against the background of a dynamically developing private label market among the Western Europe retailers. Certainly, the entire subject matter remains far from exhausted, and serves only as an introduction to a wider analyses in which various disciplines of economic studies will meet in order to include in one study the issues of transport economics, logistics, sales effectiveness analysis and marketing.

Prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP) and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) are the markers of human prostatic gland. However, it is still not completely understood if and how, steroid hormones and growth factors affect their expression and metabolism in the respect to the major pathologies of the gland. Appropriate studies were carried out on histopathologically diagnosed benign prostatic hyperplasia - BPH (n = 42) using tissue slices and cells derived from them. They were incubated with steroid hormones: 5-α-dihydrotestosterone (DHT), estradiol (E) and growth factors: epidermal growth factor (EGF), basic fibroblastic growth factor (bFGF) under culture conditions for up to 24 hours. 32P-labelled specific oligonucleotide probes were used to analyze total RNA isolated from each sample for the presence of PAP and PSA mRNAs. DHT, E, bFGF, EGF or both DHT + bFGF and DHT + EGF increased PAP and PSA mRNA levels in a time- and dose-dependent manner. The highest and statistically significant increase (P <0.001) for PAP mRNA was observed when DHT + bFGF were present in the medium while for PSA mRNA if DHT + EGF were added to the medium. Slow but constant decrease of PAP and PSA mRNA levels was observed in the absence of each of these factors in the incubation medium. The results suggest that early expression of PSA and PAP genes and/or their mRNA stability strongly depend on DHT while differ in their response to EGF and bFGF.

Proces gojenia tkanek jest ściśle związany z występowaniem bodźców uszkadzających i składa się z trzech następujących po sobie faz: fazy zapalenia, tworzenia nowej tkanki, przebudowy tkanki nowopowstałej. Szczególną rolę w procesie gojenia tkanek przypisuje się czynnikom wzrostu zawartym w ziarnistościach płytek krwi. Celem pracy była ocena wpływu czynników wzrostu zawartych w żelu bogatopłykowym na proces gojenia tkanek u pacjentów po przebytych zabiegach cystektomii w żuchwie. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych obserwacji klinicznych stwierdzono przyspieszenie procesu gojenia błony śluzowej jamy ustnej u pacjentów z zastosowanym żelem bogatopłytkowym. U wszystkich pacjentów z zastosowanym PRP zaobserwowano zmniejszenie krwawienia śród- i pooperacyjnego

Soft tissue healing process is strongly connected with injury and consists of 3 phases: inflammatory, new tissue formation, remodeling. Main role in tissue healing processes play growth factors. Until now in thrombocytes 30 growth factors are described from which TGF beta and PDGF are the most important. The aim of this experiment was estimation of influence growth factors from platelet gel on soft tissues healing in patients after mandibular cysts removing. On a base of clinical examinations stimulation of oral mucosa healing was observed in patients with experimental group. In patients in experimental group decrease of intra and postoperation bleeding was observed

Złożoność gospodarki, rozumiana jako rosnąca liczba elementów i więzi między nimi, stabilizuje ją przed niekorzystnymi zmianami w systemie gospodarczym. Jednym z kierunków budowania wzrostu gospodarczego jest jego „zazielenianie” przez wsparcie inwestycji służących ochronie środowiska i powstających w tym obszarze zielonych miejsc pracy. W ocenie wzrostu gospodarczego celowy jest pomiar efektów tych zmian w skali całych krajów. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest wskazanie wybranych różnic pomiędzy czynnikami wpływającymi na zielony wzrost Polski i Czech. W przeprowadzonej analizie porównawczej zielonego wzrostu w dwóch krajach wskazano na przewagę Polski nad Czechami, wynikającą z rozmiarów zasobów środowiska naturalnego równoważących skalę jego wykorzystania.

The complexity of the economy understood as the growing number of elements and ties among them stabilizes it against adverse changes in the economic system. One of the directions of building economic growth is its greening by supporting investments aimed at environmental protection and green jobs creation in this sector. In assessing economic growth, it is advisable to measure the effects of these changes in the scale of the whole country. The aim of this article is to indicate selected differences between factors affecting the green growth of Poland and Czechia. The analysis showed an advantage of green growth of Poland to Czechia resulting from the size of the natural environment resources balancing the scale of its use.

Płytki krwi są elementami morfologicznymi krwi, które w dużych stężeniach zawierają naturalne czynniki wzrostu, z których dwa: PDGF i TGF beta odgrywają kluczową rolę w procesach regeneracji. Do tej pory w płytkach krwi odkryto ponad 30 czynników wzrostu, z których najważniejszymi są: PDGF (Platelet Derived Growth Factor), TGF (Transforming Growth Factor), EGF (Epiderma Growth Factor) oraz IGF (Insulin-like Growth Factor). Płytki krwi uwalniają ze swoich ziarnistości i lizosomów m.in. czynniki wzrostu stymulując w ten sposób procesy gojenia tkanki kostnej. Celem pracy była ocena wpływu żelu bogatopłytkowego na procesy gojenia tkanki kostnej. Na podstawie uzyskanych obrazów radiologicznych oraz wyników badań densytometrycznych u pacjentów z torbielami w żuchwie zaobserwowano przyspieszenie procesu przebudowy tkanki kostnej w grupie z zastosowanym żelem bogatopłytkowym w porównaniu do grupy kontrolnej. Platelets are blond elements, which contain natural growth factors, from which PDGF and TGF beta play important role in regeneration processes. In platelets until now 30 growth factors are described, from which the most important are: PDGF (Platelet Derived Growth Factor), TGF (Transforming Growth Factor), EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) and IGF (Insulin-like Growth Factor). Thrombocytes growth factors release from granules and lysosoms and stimulate bone healing processes. The aim of this experiment was estimation of influence platelet rich plasma on bone healing processes. On a base of X-rays and dual X-rays in patients with mandibular cysts it was observed that platelet rich plasma stimulates bone healing processes in experimental group. In patients with long bone cysts constant bone remodeling was observed
