In article the problem of creation of knowledge bases of intelligent systems of decision support, which accept with the account of the hydrometeorological information, is presented. Use of fuzzy knowledge is specificity of systems of this class. Approaches to construction of some fuzzy models for these systems are considered. The fuzzy model of the natural phenomenon is submitted. The model of process of decision-making about a choice of the action preventing (in full or in part) damage from the dangerous natural phenomenon is shown.
