The generally aim of this article is showing of possibilities of finance of real investments. Because companies that wishes to stay in a market, has to use capital (whether it's own, or borrowed) for your investments. It must consider the present market economy, in which we see a deepening a specialization of national products, international competition, and an increase in the influence of the research-technology revolution. Sources of finance are very important in the investment process and therefore managers should think about it before they start the investment.

European Union support programs like PHARE, ISPA, SAPARD or PAOW can be the first step in real structural and cohesion funds implementation to Polish socioeco-nomic system. The task of these funds will be to reduce the differences between levels of infrastructure development in particular regents of Europe. Scale of these funds will be the real challenge for the selfgovernment of the regions.
