Modern life is convincing us that renewable energy technologies, policies, strategies should be disseminated all over the world to provide sustainable development. As an instrument, feed-in tariffs of renewable energy should be designed considering public finance opportunities, buying power of consumers in order to tackle administrative barriers as an optimization strategy. The authors used the comparison, data analysis and logical access methods. The paper provides evidence from leading countries in the industry, explores ongoing challenges in the application of feed-in tariff policies, analyses the optimal methodologies to give recommendations to stakeholders.

W pracy autorzy podjęli próbę określenie kierunku rozwoju energetyki. Przeprowadzono analizę klasycznych systemów oraz możliwości wprowadzenia Smart Grid. Określono miejsce zdecentralizowanych mikroinstalacji we wprowadzanych zmianach w energetyce. Systemy te w ostatnich latach stają się szczególnie popularne, stąd potrzeba pogłębienia wiedzy na ich temat. Przeanalizowano możliwości zmian, jakie wprowadzone zostaną poprzez nowy projekt ustawy o odnawialnych źródłach energii (OZE). W artykule szczególną uwagę zwrócono na propozycję wprowadzenia stałych taryf typu „feed-in tariff” i ich wpływu na rozwój mikroinstalacji.

The authors attempted to determine the direction of energy development. Conducted analyzing classical systems and possibility of introducing the Smart Grid. Specified place in the decentralized microgeneration placed changes in the energy sector. These systems in recent years become especially popular, hence the need to improve knowledge about them. We analyzed the possibility of changes that will be introduced through a new draft law on renewable energy sources (RES). In this paper, particular attention was given to the proposal to introduce a "feed-in tariff” and their impact on the development of microgeneration.
