Understanding OHS problems that take into account its various types and dimensions, as well as detailed interpretations of various factors determining this type of safety, requires systematic modernization of programs and forms of training for Health and Safety employees so that they can fulfil their tasks and contribute to the improvement of the OHS level in their organization. Social competences are indispensable in their work. Research problems have been given the form of questions: 1) What should the scope of social competences used be and what would be the most useful in practice for people working in the Health and Safety Service? 2) What strategy for modernizing educational programs should be adopted so that the results of education of students in the field of social competences satisfy the organizational needs related to shaping safe and hygienic working conditions?

In terms of integration of higher education in Ukraine in the global educational environment one of the most important tasks is to develop effective mechanisms and approaches to ensure its quality. In developing and assessing and monitoring of the quality of educational programs the tools that do not take into account feedback (student-centered approach), which is an important component of European countries, are used. Therefore, the implementation of student-centered approach, building educational programs based on competency approach and learning outcomes, quality assurance is an important reason to study the issue of quality, monitoring, frequency of review of educational programs in higher education and this determines its relevance. The article is aimedat generalizing approaches to quality assessment, monitoring and periodical revision of educational programs in higher education institutions when implementing system of internal quality assurance of higher education. Scientific methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison were used for the analysis of approaches to quality assessment, monitoring, frequency of revision of programs in higher school when implementing internal quality assurance. The article reveals approaches to quality assessment, monitoring and periodicity of educational programs in higher education institutions when implementing system of internal quality assurance of higher education. In order to find out the frequency of revision of educational programs in universities were analyzed existing higher education documents aimed at introducing a system of internal higher education quality assurance in the defined frequency terms. The paper has identified the requirements to experts who evaluate, monitor and review educational programs, approaches to their quality assessment and determined that the priority of educational program revision period is a year and the need to review the results of monitoring. The European experience of implementing, evaluating and updating educational programs in higher education institutions on the basis of competence and student-centred approaches defined by the project Tuning have been considered. The results will have to form their own approaches of higher education institutions to quality assessment, monitoring and periodical revision of educational programs.

The article presents current innovations in training specialists of land management direction in the universities of Poland. The purpose of this article is to clarify the principles of innovation in training experts of land management in Poland. In the process of writing the article was used a systematic approach and methods of research, such as logical and of psychological-pedagogical, scientific-technical literature’ analysis. It is established that modern innovations are: e-learning, opening of new courses and training areas that will modernize the national educational process, while teachers enhance the effectiveness of using an information technology. New educational program of the Studio “E-Land Management” provides the combination of the main objectives of the land management programme and GIS, and contains three groups of modules. As an example of an innovative project is “eco city”, that is a comprehensive and contemporary perspective on the learning process in the field of development of urban areas, forming the environmental and civic awareness of young people and education ability to use effect on the development of their own city. Practical classes provide students with a chance for practical implementation of the tasks related to spatial economy and sustainable development, which implies the optimal proportions between the various components of the environment and human activities. The basis of practice is communication exercises, which require dissolving situational and design tasks in small groups. Implementation of e-learning is e-learning programmes and platforms. An example of such platform is the platform “Pegaz” at the Jagiellonian University, which is based on the Moodle system. The platform provides a repository of training materials, website testing knowledge and means of communication; contains presentations of lectures and exercises, compulsory and optional bibliography, reference for the exercises (for doing them), includes didactic materials for the distance learning. Further research is directed at studying the efficiency of training professional disciplines in the process of professional training of the future land managers of all Ukrainian universities, through adopting some innovation.

Organizational-pedagogical grounding of the transition of pre-school education institutions of Ukraine to work under the new socio-cultural conditions has been conducted. To achieve this objective, were used the following methods of research – problem-targeted and comparative – for analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization, interpretation of the materials under research. In the course of the strategic directions of improvement of pre-school branch of education of Ukraine during the period of independence the basic priority principles –democratization, humanization, nationalization, de-politicization, de-ideologization and ethnization have been provided, and therefore in the state educational standards the updating of the content of training and education on the basis of its differentiation and integration under an angle of student-centred, competency and activity approaches have been also provided. The leading function of education in the course of its social aspect has been studied, and the transmission of the general culture of people to the future generations for use and increasing its achievements; strengthening the world outlook orientation of the education on national traditions and achievements of world culture has been identified. Accordingly, national strategic objective – comprehensive development of the personality is the responsibility of the pre-school education as a compulsory element in the general structure of integral education. These functions make peculiar algorithm of integral approach to the renewal of the conceptual-methodological foundations of the programs for pre-school institutions. Thus all participants of the educational process are given the right of choice of the educational technologies, because the modeling of the educational process according to several programs takes into account the requests, needs, potentialities and possibilities of every child, determines the timeliness of his or her integral personal development under the conditions of pre-school education institutions. As a conclusion, having described various types of software of modern pre-school education institutions of Ukraine, we ascertain general orientation according to the content of education, conformity to the progressive directions of its reforming in the content of pre-school education of Ukraine in the course of the provisions of the state standard. Integration of innovative approaches with the traditions stimulates active search of priorities for the new programs, plans for them promising directions for the further development and improvement.

In the article the questions of necessity of changes are examined in the educational programs of preparation of future educators of preschool educational establishments. The short review of historical labours in that expectation of society is given from professionals in industry of preschool education. Attention is accented on the modern going near the decision of this problem. Description is given to the educational process in preschool educational establishments and the prospects of increasing of its efficiency are set. One of the terms of realization of this task is an effective preparation of future educators. The possibilities of improvement of the aims, structure are certain to maintenance of professional preparation of future specialists of preschool education. These short questioning over the modern students is brought straight preparations «Preschool education», that is the index of effective educational process in higher educational establishment. The author of the article stresses that A value is distinguished of forming pedagogical values of future educators. The special attention is paid to the increase of credits of pedagogical practice that must pass during all period of students’ study - from the first to the fourth course. The table of the contents of practice must be transformed from educational to productive – from a supervision and analysis of work of an educator to independent implementation of productive functions of an educator. An attempt to analyse the educational program in the aspect of comparing to the International bachelor program of preparation of specialists in industry of preschool and initial education is traced. It is noted that the basis of training must be laid integrity perspective, continuity and work process. The professional competence of pre-professional sphere, the modern student, is built on a solid foundation – the concept of educational support and comprehensive support focused on the development of an individual educational route for each student based on the characteristics of academic groups in the implementation of educational programs. Separate consideration requires the study of the possibility of integration in the International Baccalaureate program.

The paper deals with the topic of multicultural education which was influenced by J. A. Komenský. The introduction presents Komenský as one of the first promoters of multicultural education. The following part is dedicated to research into the tolerance of Czech citizens towards other minorities. The author’s survey involving the attitudes of multicultural tolerance in groups of UJAK students in Prague shows the importance of Komenský’s concepts for the current Czech society.

The German experience in professional training of teaching staff in adult education has been analyzed; it has been clarified that modern educational programs of Bachelor and Master specialties are based on the basic educational program offered by Adult Education Sectional Commission of Pedagogical Sciences in Germany (DGfE); value-targeted and organizational and semantic issues of Masters’ in Adult Education professional training in universities of Germany, defined according to andragogue profession’s modern roles and functions have been considered. The purpose of Masters’ in Adult Education professional training and the content of professional competencies have been revealed, the limits of andragogues’ academic education at the graduate level have been outlined. Based on the theoretical analysis of university reference books common features of Master’s programs of academic education in Adult Education / Continuous Education in universities of Germany have been found; the basic principles of the Master’s programs realisation in German universities have been indicated. Special attention is paid to research and justification of organisation and structural elements of Master’s programs in Adult Education / Continuous Education in Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg; the purpose and subject specialty have been revealed; the relation between theory and practical training has been established, the organization and the purpose of practical training abovementioned university have been described, professional prospects of graduates have been outlined.

Zwiększenie liczby osób potrzebujących doskonalenia zawodowego, wzrost popytu na praktyczne programy kształcenia, szybkie tempo rozwoju technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych, dostępność i rozpowszechnianie informacji – zmusiło naukowców i ekonomistów do opracowania programów kształcenia zawodowego i funkcjonowania kształcenia zawodowego jako systemu. W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia priorytetowe dotyczące rozwoju edukacji europejskiej, obszar zmian w ukraińskiej polityce edukacyjnej, które motywują instytucje akademickie do przygotowania autorskich innowacyjnych programów kształcenia zawodowego, wprowadzania ilościowych i jakościowych zmian w procesie edukacyjnym. The transformational socio-economic changes of the early twenty-first century have led to irreversible changes in the field of vocational training and education. The increased number of people seeking for education, increased demand for educational programs with practice oriented content, the rapid pace of development of the information and communication technologies, accessibility and dissemination of information and much more ‒ all raise the question with the scientific and economic elites about the content of professional training programs and the functioning of vocational education as a system. The article points to the priority directions of the European education development, the introduction of changes in the Ukrainian educational legislation that stimulate academic institutions to develop author programs for vocational training and education, introduction of quantitative and qualitative changes in the educational process. The implementation of certain European trends in education was considered on the example of the educational program “Social Pedagogy” of the Ukrainian Catholic University. The author of the article considers the peculiarities of the modern educational program functioning through internationalization and quality assurance of education; the rise of the professional level of research and faculty staff; the introduction of the principles of continuing education; the combination of the efforts of teachers, students, business, and NGOs for the sake of creation of a system of social responsibility.

Трансформація соціальної структури початку ХХІ століття зумовила незворотні зміни у сфері професійної підготовки та навчання. Збільшення кількості людей, які виявляють потребу у навчанні, зростання попиту на освітні програми, що мають практико-орієнтований зміст, швидкий темп розвитку інформаційно-комунікативних технологій, доступність і поширення інформації тощо ставлять перед науковими й економічними елітами питання змістового наповнення програм професійної підготовки і функціонування професійної освіти як системи. Висвітлено пріоритетні напрями розвитку європейської освіти, введення змін в українське освітнє законодавство, які стимулюють академічні інституції до розроблення авторських програм професійної підготовку та навчання, внесення змін кількісного та якісного характеру в освітній процес. Реалізацію окремих європейський тенденцій освіти розглянуло на прикладі освітньої програми «Соціальна педагогіка» Українського католицького університету. Простежено особливості функціонування сучасної освітньої програми через інтернаціоналізацію, забезпечення якості освіти; підвищення фахового рівня науково-педагогічних кадрів; упровадження принципів неперервного навчання; поєднання спільних зусиль викладачів, студентів, бізнесу і громадських організацій з метою творення системи соціальної відповідальності.

The main objective is to provide nutrition education to and preserve the right attitudes habits. Considering the problem of nutrition education for families obese, remember that form of communication of knowledge about nutrition, aimed at children and their parents/guardians cannot be the same. This is due to differences in the understanding and assimilation of information between adults and children. Even so, keep in mind that the family is a community whose members are linked to each other and are mutually influence each other. Therefore, you can not ignore an education that will encourage joint activities the whole family. Changing eating habits must be for the whole family, as the parents through their views, preferences and behaviours shape the beliefs, preferences, and behaviour of children. Even if one person in the family is slim, should adapt to the new rules for the sake of their loved ones. Their mutual motivation may be the key to success. Changing lifestyle is also associated with an increase in physical activity, which is an essential component of the treatment of obese patients. The increase in physical activity can effectively shorten the duration of treatment and contribute to better his effects.

Edukacja żywieniowa stanowi ważny element terapii osób z nadwagą i otyłością, będąc niejednokrotnie dopełnieniem dla diety redukcyjnej czy farmakoterapii. Prawidłowo dobrana i realizowana metoda szkolenia powinna spełniać funkcję czynnika mobilizującego i wzmacniającego, dzięki któremu pacjent będzie chętniej modyfikował swój styl życia. Głównym celem edukacji dotyczącej diety jest przekazanie i utrwalenie właściwych postaw żywieniowych, przy czym forma przekazu wiedzy na temat odżywiania skierowana do dzieci nie może być taka sama jak przeznaczona dla ich rodziców/opiekunów. Związane jest to z różnicami w rozumieniu i przyswajaniu informacji pomiędzy osobami dorosłymi i dziećmi. Mimo to trzeba pamiętać, że rodzina jest społecznością, której członkowie są ze sobą bardzo związani i mają na siebie duży wpływ – nie można zatem pominąć edukacji, która będzie zachęcała całą rodzinę do wspólnych działań. Zmiana nawyków żywieniowych musi dotyczyć wszystkich członków rodziny, gdyż to rodzice poprzez swoje poglądy, preferencje i zachowania kształtują poglądy, preferencje i zachowania dzieci. Również osoba szczupła powinna dostosować się do nowych zasad dla dobra swoich bliskich. Wzajemna motywacja może być kluczem do sukcesu. Zmiana stylu życia wiąże się też ze zwiększeniem aktywności fizycznej, która jest nieodzownym elementem terapii pacjentów otyłych. Wzrost aktywności ruchowej może skutecznie skrócić czas leczenia oraz przyczynić się do jego lepszych efektów.
