The article is based on practical experience and research, presenting the author's concept of applying the principles of cybersecurity of IT/OT systems in key functional areas of a mining plant operating based on the idea of INDUSTRY 4.0.In recent years, cyberspace has become a new security environment, which has introduced significant changes in both the practical, and legal and organizational aspects of the operation of global security systems. In this context, it is particularly important to understand the dynamics of this environmental change (both in the provisions of the NIS 2 directive and the KSC Act) [1]. Building a legal system as a national response to the opportunities and challenges related to its presence in cyberspace was an extremely complex task. This results not only from the pace of technological change, but also from the specificity of the environment and its "interactivity". The trend in international law that has emerged during COVID-19 and the current geopolitical situation is to treat organizations from the mining and energy sector as one of the important actors in national and international relations [2].The new regulations introduce and expand international cooperation between individual entities and regulate security strategies and policies, which should take into account the recommendations of the Ministry of Climate and Environment, with particular emphasis on, among others, ensuring the continuity of system operation, handling security incidents and constantly increasing awareness of cybersecurity and cyber threats. It should not be forgotten that threats in cyberspace represent a different class of organizational challenges, largely similar to those posed by other asymmetric threats such as terrorism. Their common feature is that they require less hierarchical and more flexible solutions on state structures. Cybersecurity, both socially and technologically, with all its consequences, emerges as one of the most important concepts of the security paradigm at the national and international level [3].

W warunkach niskich temperatur zasadniczą rolę odgrywają właściwości rozruchowe silników o zapłonie samoczynnym. Jak dotychczas brak jest modeli termodynamicznych, które ujmowałyby proces rozruchu silnika o zapłonie samoczynnym, zwłaszcza w obniżonych temperaturach otoczenia na parametry termodynamiczne procesu sprężania. Niniejszy referat stanowi fragment badań we wspomnianej tematyce. Jego zasadniczym celem jest zaprezentowanie wyników badań dotyczących zużycia układu tłok-pierścienie-cylinder dla silnika typu 359 przy rozruchu w niskich temperaturach otoczenia w oparciu o badania doświadczalne.

At low temperatures, the essential role of start-up characteristics of compression ignition engines. So far there is no thermodynamic models that would include starting the process of diesel engine, especially in reduced ambient temperatures thermodynamic parameters of the compression process. This paper is a part of the research in that topic. Its primary aim is to present a study on the wear of piston rings and cylinder-type engine 359 for start-up at low ambient temperatures based on experimental studies.

W artykule przedstawiona została tematyka związana z kompleksową oceną wielowariantowego projektowania obiektów logistycznych. Zaproponowano układ nowych parametrów ekonomicznych oraz nowych mierników oceny, które stanowią konieczne uzupełnienie układu wartości oceny kompleksowej obiektów logistycznych. Podano przyczyny i celowość wprowadzenia tych parametrów, zaproponowano ich nazwy (wraz z ujęciem leksykalnych przyczynek propozycji) oraz podano wzory służące obliczaniu ich wartości.

The paper describes the matter related to the comprehensive evaluation of the multi-variants logistics facilities designing. There are proposed new economic parameters and evaluation parameters which would eventually expand the complex evaluation set in case of logistics facilities. Besides describing the existing complex evaluation set in the paper, there is included a detailed description and introduction of proposed new elements of complex evaluation set. Moreover, there are given the causes and the aims of the development of new parameters. There are their names suggested (along with the recognition of lexical contribution of proposals) and there are also provided elementary formulas for calculating new parameters values.

W artykule podjęto próbę zasygnalizowania problematyki oceny parametrów ekonomicznych wpływu części alternatywnych na koszty napraw autobusów miejskich w Polsce. Rozważania uzupełniono o autorskie symulacje hipotetycznych kosztów napraw autobusów przy zastosowaniu alternatywnych części zamiennych dostępnych na polskim rynku. Zamierzeniem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na istotę podjętej problematyki badawczej oraz zasygnalizowanie pożądanych perspektywicznych kierunków zmian w aspekcie stosowania poszczególnych kategorii części zamiennych w procesach napraw autobusów miejskich na polskim rynku usług naprawczych.

In the article an attempt was made indicated issues of the parameter estimate economic of influence of alternative parts on costs of repairs of city buses in Poland. Discussions were supplemented for author’s simulations of hypothetical costs of repairs of city buses at applying of alternative available spare parts on the Polish market. Keeping an eye on the being of taken research issues and indicating desired perspective directions of changes in the aspect are planning the article of applying individual categories of the spare parts in processes of repairs of city buses on the Polish market of automotive services.

Zainstalowanie zasobnika ciepła w EC pozwala zwiększyć produkcję energii elektrycznej w godzinach szczytowego zapotrzebowania, kiedy jej cena jest najwyższa. Stwarza to możliwość uzyskania większych dochodów EC ze sprzedaży energii elektrycznej. W artykule omówiono metodę doboru optymalnej wielkości zasobnika oraz zaprezentowano przykładowe obliczenia jej wykorzystania. Przedstawiono również wyniki badań wpływu głównych parametrów ekonomicznych na korzyści z tytułu zainstalowania zasobnika ciepła w istniejącej EC.

Installation of a heat storage bin in thermoelectric power stations enables a production increase of the electric power during rush hours, when its price reaches the highest value. It offers the possibility of greater income from a station resulting from the sale of the electric energy. The paper presents a selection method of the optimal capacity of a storage bin. A calculation example of the application of the method is also given. Investigation results of the influence of the main economic parameters on the advantages resulting from the installation of a heat storage bin in the station are included.

Analizowano możliwości wyboru i ewentualnego zakupu kombajnów zbożowych dla gospodarstw rolnych. Dobór kombajnu dla gospodarstwa rolnego polega na określeniu parametrów technicznych, jakimi powinien on dysponować. Następnie z grupy kombajnów spełniających te wymagania należy wybrać określony typ kombajnu oraz formę, która go oferuje. W opracowaniu przedstawiono metodę pozwalającą na podstawie parametrów techniczno-ekonomicznych dokonać wyboru kombajnu zbożowego z grupy tych maszyn o porównywalnych parametrach technicznych oraz podjąć decyzję dotyczącą ich zakupu.

The circumstances to making choice and possible purchasing of combine harvesters by the farms, were analysed. Matching of combine to the farm needs should be based on determination of its available technical performance. Next, from among the machines meeting these requirements, a definite type of combine harvester should be selected as well as the company offering it. Paper proposed a method that enables - on the basis of technical-economic parameters - to select a proper combine harvester from among the group of machines characterized by comparable technical parameters, and to come to decision on its purchase.

An analysis of numerous well data from the Karabagly and Kursangi monocline regions in Azerbaijan showed that the main reasons of natural curvature are structural and geological conditions of wells. In contrast to a number of fields where wells are naturally bent in only one direction under the combination of geological, technical and technological factors, there are three other directions in the areas of the Karabagly and Kursangi monocline. It is suggested that according to the proposed technology, drilling intervals are minimized by an assembly with a crooked sub, and the technical and economic parameters of drilling are improved. With an increase in the content of alkaline reagents in the drilling fluid, despite a significant decrease in the absolute value of fluid loss, the likelihood of complications increases. One of the main requirements for maintaining the integrity and stability of the wellbore is the prevention of filtration. This condition imposes a certain limitation on the amount of fluid loss in drilling fluids. In drilling practice, it is necessary to strive not only to minimize the fluid loss of flushing fluids, but also to the qualitative and quantitative evaluate various additives that slow down their physical and chemical impact on the rocks forming the walls of the well.

Analiza licznych danych otworowych z rejonu monokliny Karabagly i Kursangi w Azerbejdżanie wykazała, że głównymi przyczynami naturalnej krzywizny są warunki strukturalne i geologiczne otworów. W przeciwieństwie do wielu złóż węglowodorów, na których odwierty są naturalnie wygięte tylko w jednym kierunku pod wpływem kombinacji czynników geologicznych, technicznych i technologicznych, na obszarach monokliny Karabagly i Kursangi występują jeszcze trzy inne kierunki. Zgodnie z proponowaną technologią należy zminimalizować interwały wierceń poprzez montaż w zestawie przewodu wiertniczego zakrzywionego łącznika, co pozwala na poprawę wskaźników techniczno-ekonomicznych wiercenia. Wraz ze wzrostem zawartości odczynników alkalicznych w płuczce, pomimo znacznego spadku wartości bezwzględnej utraty płynów, wzrasta prawdopodobieństwo komplikacji wiertniczych. Jednym z głównych warunków zachowania integralności i stabilności odwiertu jest zapobieganie filtracji płuczki. Warunek ten nakłada pewne ograniczenia na wielkość utraty płynu w płuczkach wiertniczych. W praktyce wiertniczej należy dążyć nie tylko do minimalizacji ubytków filtratu z płuczki, ale także do jakościowej i ilościowej syntezy różnych dodatków spowalniających fizyczne i chemiczne oddziaływanie na skały budujące ścianę odwiertu.
