The paper examines accuracy of low depth, blind holes drilled in a solid wood. Evaluated were statistical dependencies of the exponential form with several double interactions, between shift of average hole diameter series dN and dispersion of holes diameter DH and parameters of Machine-Tool-Working element (M-T-W) set by drilling solid wood. Significant, nonlinear dependencies of the shift of average hole diameter series dN and dispersion of holes diameter DH from height of centering spike hCS, drill lateral stiffness EL, drill bit diameter DD, radial run out of main cutting edge RR were found.
