In the article we can find research results of cement solids and sand concrete based on composite modified cements (CMC) and also their analog based on traditional Portland cement. CMC has been received in the result of compatible grind of Portland cement (20-65% from mass) and of active mineral supplements of technique and natural origin with the specific surface Smn = 400 kg/m2. Modification of CMC has been done with combination of alkaline metals that is Na2SO4 and sodium-sulphate mixture. The results of physical and mechanical characteristics and parameters of demolition mechanics have shown that materials based on CMC have higher firmness in stretching and bending and crack resistance if to compare with traditional analogs. That allows us to use them in monolithic strata of the road cover and to predict the higher perennial use of the cover as well. Such a result has been received when we fortified contact zones between artificial stones and aggregate with help of chemical reaction on the phase division surface and increase of system homogeneity in the whole. Utilization of CMC in the building of the road and in the production of building materials allows us to settle some problems of energetic and decrease resource and annihilation of industrial by-products.

Research results of the activity of composite cements modified with the alkalis containing substantial quantity of aluminium-silicate component in the form of the natural pozzolana and production side effects are presented. Composite modified cements are obtained as a result of compatible grinding of Portland cement clinker and active mineral additive of natural product and by-product. The specific surface of cements after grinding was fluctuating from 430 m2/kg to 400 m2/kg. The modification of the composite modified cements is done with the help of compounds of alkaline metals namely with the salt cake and the soda-sulfate mixture. The possibility of obtaining of composite modified cements containing Portland cement clinker in quantity from 20 to 65% has been proved. Activity of these cements is not less (and in some cases even bigger) than the activity of their analog - Portland cement. The modification of composite cements with compounds of alkaline metals provides the chemical interaction on the "artificial stone - aggregate" interfaces, as well as chemical likeness between the binder new product and products that appear in the contact zone. This will promote the improvement the structure of material and as a result the rise of stretching by bending that gives the special actuality to their use in the monolithic layers of the pavement.
