Badano wpływ rodzaju i ilości dodatków do podłoża na plon i wybrane cechy owocników dwóch odmian Pleurotus djamor (Fr.). Podłoże ze słomy pszennej wzbogacono otrębami pszennymi oraz saletrą amonową w ilości 15 i 30 g na 100 g suchej masy podłoża dla otrąb pszennych oraz 1,08 i 2,16 g na 100 g suchej masy podłoża dla saletry. Największy plon ogólny i handlowy uzyskano na podłożu wzbogaconym w otręby pszenne w ilości 15 i 30 g na 100 g s. m. podłoża. Również średnia masa owocników i średnica kapelusza były największe w przypadku uprawy na podłożu wzbogaconym otrębami pszennymi w ilości 30 g na 100 g s. m. podłoża. Reakcja badanych odmian na wzbogacanie podłoża dodatkami była podobna. Jednak odmiana B62 charakteryzowała się większym plonem ogólnym i handlowym w porównaniu z odmianą B123. Badane odmiany nie różniły się istotnie pod względem średniej masy i średnicy owocników.

Yield and some morphological features of carpophores of two Pleurotus djamor (Fr.) strains depending on the supplement to substrate and its quantity were investigated. The substrate consisting of wheat straw was enriched with wheat bran or ammonium nitrate. Wheat bran was added in the amount of 15 and 30 g per 100 g of substrate dry matter while the ammonium nitrate was used in the quantity of 1.08 and 2.16 g per 100 g of substrate dry matter. The biggest total and marketable yield was obtained on the substrate supplemented with wheat bran in the quantity of 15 and 30 g per 100 g of substrate dry matter. The mean weight and the carpophore cap diameter were also the biggest on the substrate supplemented with wheat bran in the quantity of 30 g per 100 g of substrate dry matter. Strains reaction to the kind and quantity of addition was similar. However the total and marketable yield obtained in B62 strain was bigger then the yield in B123 strain. There was not significant difference in the mean weight and carpophore cap diameter between the examined strains.
