Omówiono metodykę pomiaru i uzyskane wyniki różnych wskaźników chropowatości powierzchni wyznaczone dla najczęściej stosowanych konstrukcji i sposobów obróbki powierzchni wykorzystywanych przy wykonywaniu implantów dentystycznych. Do przeprowadzenia pomiarów wybrano laboratoryjny profilografometr New Form Talysurf 2D/3D 120 firmy Taylor Hobson z oprogramowaniem „Ultra Surface 5.21” i „TalyMap Platinium 5.1.1”.

The paper brings forward the measurement methodology and obtained results for different surface roughness indicators determined for constructions and surfacing methods most often used in practice in making dental implants. The New Form Talysurf 2D/3D 120 profilographometer complete with the „Ultra Surface 5.21” and „TalyMap Platinium 5.1.1 software applications, supplied by Taylor Hobson, was chosen for carrying out measurements.

Hydrobionts are considered as highly potential source for bioproduction (including energy carriers and fertilizers) and many biotechnological processes that include hydrobionts, particularly their biomass as a substrate are used in different fields of energy, cosmetology, medicine, pharmaceutics, aquaculture, agriculture, forestry etc. Latest developments prove efficiency in applying anaerobic digestion for purifying wastewaters from organic pollutants with the help of macrophytes and microphytes in conducting biomethanogenesis. Many studies have established that it is possible to reach high level of lipid extraction from algae (to 95%) with the help of organic solvents (methanol, acetone, hexane, diethyl ether etc). Blue – green algae biomass has been scientifically proved to be a good source for methane, methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, biodiesel and other biofuel types production. Macroalgae and microalgae contain β- carotene, biotin, folic acid, fucoidans, lectins, phenolics, sulphated polysaccharides and other derived biologically active compounds that can be used in producing vitamins, have anti-ulcer, antioxidant, antibiotic, antifouling, immune modulatory and other properties. Cyanidioschyzon merolae, Ostreococcus lucimarinus, O. tauri, Micromonas pusilla have shown high potential for hydrogen production while Rhizoclonium sp. has been experimentally used as a bounding material in briquetting miscanthus granules, resulting in 20 % higher dynamic strength. The article is a literature review and the purpose of this work is to classify and systemize hydrobionts, reveal regularity of their growth, conduct critical analysis on existing biotechnologies on using separate representatives of aquatic biomes as a raw material and also to review ways of intensification for these biotechnologies.

The article shows the current state of knowledge in the area of applying biohydrocarbons for fuel production, especially in aeronautical applications and to power compression-ignition engines. The technologies based on biochemical and thermal/chemical conversion of biomass are described. Technological potential of these technologies is evaluated. The article is based on the literature review.

Opisano technologie oparte na biochemicznej i termicznej/chemicznej konwersji biomasy z uwzględnieniem możliwości technologicznych. Pracę oparto na przeglądzie literatury.

The research presents analysis of the technologies of conversion of bioenergy agricultural raw materials. Purchase of bioenergy equipment is impossible without investments into bioenergetics. Thus, there is a necessity to develop an investment project. The article defines main indicators for investment project assessment, i.e. net present value, internal rate of return, modification internal rate of return, discounted payback period, investment profitability index, and gives classification of investment projects. The works proves that, considering substantial differences of different kinds of energy products and ways of their obtaining, analysis of biomass conversion technologies should be made separately for each kind of it. It is confirmed that biogas is one of the most prospective energy resources, supplying improvement of ecological conditions of production processes. The author of the article argues reasonability to apply technologies of briquetting and pelleting of dry biomass. The research studies methodological approaches to determination of prime cost of a unit of energy of the main kinds of biomass conversion. It is proved that, comparing to traditional energy products, such as natural gas, stove fuel, petrol and diesel fuel, prime cost of the energy products, obtained by conversion of agricultural biomass, is substantially lower, proving economic efficiency and reasonability of the technologies application.

The article reviews modern trends in bio-economy development on the basis of biotechnologies application in environmental safety and agriculture including the genetically modified and other agricultural crops. The article demonstrates that in the implementation of converging NBIC-technologies in agricultural-industrial system is achieved a synergy effect for the development of the bio-economy in the World and Ukraine in following directions: industrial biotechnology (food biotechnology; biotechnology of sea products; biotechnology to increase oil recovery); environmental biotechnology (cleaning soil from pollution; environmentally friendly biocides to protect materials from bio-damage and oxidation; waste water treatment from toxic metals and radio-nuclides; air cleaning, including also cleaning of enterprises’ vent emissions from volatile organic components, etc.); biotechnology in power engineering (modular biotechnological equipment, including bio-reactors and biodiesel).

Biopolityka skupia się na wpływie globalizacji na dobrobyt jednostki i społeczeństwa jako całości. W związku z tym podniesiono zagadnienia związane z kategorią bezpieczeństwa człowieka, zagrożeniami stwarzanymi przez globalizację oraz tranzycją od reżimu dyscypliny do reżimu zarządzania w skali globalnej opartego na demokratycznych wartościach i liberalnych normach. Z tego powodu zajęto się także kwestią sprawiedliwości społecznej i równości. Podkreślenia wymaga jednak kategoria bezpieczeństwa człowieka w systemie globalnego zarządzania. Dotyczy ona bowiem poczucia bezpieczeństwa jako podstawowej potrzeby ludzi. Ponadto dotyczy także konieczności zagwarantowania bezpieczeństwa globalnego dla przetrwania i reprodukcji gatunku ludzkiego. W studium zawarto możliwe społeczno-ekonomiczne konsekwencje rozwoju biotechnologii i inżynierii genetycznej w skali światowej. Zarysowany, bardzo szeroki zbiór zagadnień, należy skonkretyzować, usystematyzować i logicznie ustrukturyzować na podstawie analizy wpływu globalizacji na kondycję jednostki, jej relacji do koncepcji bios; wprowadzenia doktryny sprawiedliwości społecznej na poziomie międzynarodowym, ochrony praw człowieka i obywatelskich w wymiarze globalnym; wprowadzenia nowych, biopolitycznych modeli władzy, rządzenia i relacji międzynarodowych; oraz teorii globalnej ewolucji.

Biopolitics focuses on the impact of globalization on the well-being of the individual and society as a whole. Accordingly, issues of human security and the threats posed by the process of globalization, as well as the transition from a disciplinary regime to a regime of governance at the global level, which, based on democratic values and liberal norms, are raised. That is why the problem of social justice and equality is solved. The issue of human safety within global governance should be emphasized. It is about a sense of security as a basic human need. Moreover, it is about the global security necessary for the survival and reproduction of humanity as a whole. As well as the study of potential socio-political consequences of the development of biotechnology and genetic engineering in the global dimension. This huge set of issues must be concretized, systematized, and logically structured through the analysis of the impact of globalization on the state of the individual, its relationship with the concept of bios; introduction at the international level of the doctrines of social justice, protection of human and civil rights at the global level; study of potential socio-political consequences of the development of biotechnology in the global dimension; introduction of new biopolitical models of power, governance and international relations; analysis of the theory of global evolution.

This paper analyzes the steps of the strategic development and use of innovations in the field of biotechnology in the largest and most developed countries of the world. Support for applied recommendations for state-level fundamental provisions regarding initiatives to develop the capacity of the biotechnology sector and increase the level of an international, strategic and competitive industry is presented. The authors conducted a study and evaluated the further promising use of innovations in biotechnology on the example of the EU-15 and EU13 countries. A regularity was revealed that the biotechnology of the EU countries (EU-15) is developed at a high national and international level. The overall results of our work have helped to define further strategic directions and presented potential prospects for innovation in the field of biotechnology, which will subsequently lead to increased investment in this area. Using the graphical method, a dynamic model of trade turnover in the bioeconomy of the EU-15 countries is presented, followed by the construction of a trend line. And also formulated and predicted the value of trade in the bioeconomy of the EU-15 and EU-13 for the next decade.
