The article presents basic conditions that have to be taken into consideration while managing the air force supply bases so that they would function according to the system users’ expectations in market economy conditions. The author raised some questions and then he answered them. Their main ideas relate to defining the „logistic operation” notion of the logistic supply base interest zone. He presented the concept of logistic - marketing management and activities that influence the effectiveness of logistic processes in the air force supply base. He discussed the rules to use transport in logistic processes, maintaining stores and their gathering. Managing the base activities using computer network of air defence logistic system is a separate issue.

The subject of Area Materiel Base functioning in the materiel subsystem of the Polish Armed Forces is very important and currently draws particular attention. The role and importance of stationary logistic units is essential not only due to supplies but also in the categories of economic branch which relieves operational forces of current tasks to provide the training process. Last years ’ experiences gained during the Polish Armed Forces’ restructuring showed that the materiel sub-system is constantly undergoing analyses, changes and adaptation to tasks posed by contemporary battlefield. Taking into consideration the need to adjust the Polish Armed Forces’ logistic system to dynamically changing market economy and Alliance’s requirements, the necessity has emerged to increase the supply chain reliability of military armament and equipment and services rendered to meet the Polish Armed Forces demands. The conditions mentioned above were the basis to divide the territory of Poland into supply areas, balance the needs and possibilities of particular areas and the whole territory of the country and define logistic potential’s organisational structures.
This article is based on research, that I conducted, preparing a thesis Fri Language of young people in the Polish language related to Light-Life Movement. In this paper I will discuss two of occupying a high position in the hierarchy of subjects: love and happiness. I used as a base material 85 surveys (divided into two parts) and 5 in-depth interviews conducted among the participants and organizers of the Light-Life Movement present at the summer retreat of the New Life Oasis of the second degree, on 26.06. - 12.07.2010 in the town of Tylmanowa (southern Poland). The research, I had done for a thesis showed that the language of young people belonging to the Movement or the related statements are characterized by innovation, tend to use idioms, correctness of language, often high style appeal to higher values, as well as the careful avoidance of everyday language and profanity. Analysis of axiological concepts of happiness and love reveals an attitude of “being” of the respondents.
