The process of firedamps´ release into worked-out areas, which often communicate with the surface after stopping the coal mining activity is very topical problem in the region of Ostrava. Firedamps contain namely dangerous methane, which is a result of the coalification process. Contemporary findings in this area show that the outflow of firedamps into the atmosphere is above all related to barometer pressure´s development. In 1995, the realization of degassing wells was initiated in region of Slezská Ostrava. Within the fremawork of monitoring, methane concentrations, gas-air mixture amount and barometer rates are measured among others. This paper gives information about mathematic data processing originated from the monitoring unit of the degassing well used for leading of firedamps from the underground, which is situated in Slezská Ostrava region.

One of the defects of matrimonial consent is error. Error in canon law is a belief that is contrary to the legal reality, a false judgment concerning a thing, law, or an act in law. Error causes marriage to be invalid if it concerns a spouse or his or her attributes. Error as to the spouse affects will when it applies to his or her identity. Error in relation to the attributes affects will if it is directly and substantially intended. This error can affect any attribute as long as the latter is special and meaningful – only then does it become part of the object of consent and dominates the subject. The attribute becomes the main element of the object of matrimonial consent. Legal error – concerning unity, indissolubility, or sacramental dignity of marriage – renders marriage invalid since it determines will.

In the social system the scope of the term authority is perceived as infinite. The paper in the semantic analysis indicates factors determining authority impact in the pervasion process in terms of features of the certain identity and their location. They include attributes and signals, credibility and obedience. Authority must respond to them, because they enable the carrier of the authority to be put above the receiver, to make influence and as an effect of that to subordinate the receiver.

This article aims at showing the role of present participle in legal texts, specifically in legislative discourse. It examines the functions of present participle in French judgements, in comparison with their parallel versions written in Italian. The purpose of the article is to explain why this verbal form is so frequently used in French and Italian legal texts.

L’article se propose de montrer le rôle du participe présent dans les textes juridiques, concrètement dans le discours juridictionnel. Il examine les fonctions du participe présent dans les arrêts français, en comparaison avec leurs versions parallèles rédigées en italien. L’objectif de cet article est de donner des raisons de la fréquence si élevée de cette forme verbale dans les textes juridiques français et italiens.

Celem artykułu jest pokazanie roli imiesłowu czasu teraźniejszego w dokumentach prawnych, szczególnie w dyskursie ustawodawczym. Autorka bada jakie funkcje pełni imiesłów czasu teraźniejszego we francuskich i równolegle we włoskich wyrokach sądu. Wyjaśnia również dlaczego ta forma czasownikowa jest tak często stosowana w tych dokumentach.
