W artykule przedstawiono sposób wzmocnienia masztu oświetleniowego na terenie stacji Dąbrowa Górnicza Towarowa. Dokonano analizy stanu technicznego obiektu, opisu przedstawionych badań i obliczeń sprawdzających wg normy PN-90/B-03200 oraz zakresu wykonanych robót związanych ze wzmocnieniem masztu. Obliczenia wykonano w programie Robot Millenium 17.5. Sformułowano wnioski dotyczące metod monitorowania stanu technicznego masztu oświetleniowego oraz zaleceń dotyczących remontu.

The article presents the method of consolidation the lighting mast at the Dąbrowa Górnicza Towarowa station. The analysis of the technical condition of the facility, a description of the presented tests and verification calculations according to PN–90/B-03200 and the scope of works related to mast consolidation were made. The calculations were made in Robot Millenium 17.5. Conclusions on methods for monitoring the technical condition of the lighting mast and recommendations for renovation were formulated.

W artykule skoncentrowano się na zaprezentowaniu poprawnego podejścia do nadzoru stanu technicznego pomp wody zasilającej, które są ważnymi agregatami bloków energetycznych. W ciągu minionych dwóch dekad opracowanych zostało kilka nowych metod nadzoru stanu technicznego, spośród których część jest dedykowana napędom elektrycznym agregatów pompowych, a część może być wykorzystywana do lepszej oceny podzespołów pomp. Wymieniono te techniki. Podano również liczne pozytywne przykłady objęcia systemem nadzoru pomp wody zasilającej oraz opisano jeden przykład negatywny. Wymieniono dodatkowe funkcjonalności systemu nadzoru.

The article focuses on the correct approach to addressing the challenge of supervision of the technical condition of feed water pumps. The pumps are an important component of power units and during recent years new methods have evolved to manage their technical condition. Identified are methods that are specific to electric drives of pump sets and additional recommendations that can be used for a better assessment of the technical condition of pump components. Given are numerous positive examples of the supervision system applied to feed water pumps, including an example of the effects of less optimal supervision. Specified are additional functionalities of the supervision system.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę przyczyn powstania uszkodzeń silnika samochodu osobowego z zapłonem iskrowym, spowodowanych zerwaniem paska rozrządu. Dokonano szczegółowej oceny postaci uszkodzeń, oznaczeń kodowych oraz parametrów technicznych uszkodzonego zębatego paska rozrządu. Poprzez porównanie parametrów uszkodzonego elementu z parametrami paska rozrządu, zalecanego przez producenta silnika samochodu Renault Thalia, oraz oceny technologii montażu wypracowano wnioski, które pozwoliły określić przyczynę powstania uszkodzenia pojazdu.

The article presents an analysis of causes of damages to a passenger car engine with a spark caused by the rupture of a timing belt. In order to establish clear diagnosis of the damage caused, a detailed analysis of technical parameters and signs of the damaged timing belt has been performed. By making comparison of the parameters of the tested engine element with parameters of the timing belt manufacturer, the conclusions were drawn which allowed to determine unambiguously the cause of the damage to the vehicle.

The paper presents a description of the technical condition of the Bunker building located at the port quay, which has been out of use for several decades. The direct reason for the cessation of exploitation was the deletion of Bunker from the Civil Defense records. The paper contains a detailed analysis of the Bunker's technical condition, also taking into account the national defense, functional and utility aspects and the issues of economics of carrying out renovation works. The paper shows that despite the location of the Bunker in the conservation protection zone, the optimal solution was its demolition and the final use of the area where the Bunker was located as a place for the construction of warehouse buildings with parameters adapted to the current needs and target transshipment capabilities of the port quay.

Zbiorniki retencyjne są jednymi z kluczowych wyrobisk zapewniających ciągłość odstawy urobku i funkcjonowania kopalni. Pomimo tego są one stosunkowo rzadko kontrolowane. Wynika to między innymi z utrudnionego dostępu. W artykule zebrano przykłady typowych uszkodzeń zbiorników, sposobów oceny ich stanu technicznego oraz metod badawczych. Zaprezentowane metody zostały pozytywnie zweryfikowane w wielu akcjach pomiarowych prowadzonych przez specjalistów Głównego Instytutu Górnictwa.

Storage bunkers are one of the essential workings that ensure continuity of output haulage and operation of mine. Nevertheless, they are relatively rarely controlled. This is due to, among others, difficult access. The authors of the paper collected examples of typical damage of bunkers, methods of assessment of their technical condition and research methods. The presented methods have been positively verified in numerous measurement actions carried out by specialists from the Central Mining Institute.

Prace rozbiórkowe są często bardziej ryzykowne niż budowa nowych obiektów. Dlatego istotne jest dokładne rozpoznanie konstrukcji przewidzianego do rozbiórki obiektu, a także jego otoczenia. Na wybranych przykładach rozbiórek przedstawiono rolę zarówno projektanta, jak i rzeczoznawcy oceniającego stan techniczny obiektu.

Demolition works are often riskier than building new facilities. Therefore, it is important to identify the structure intended for the demolition, as well as its environment. The role of both the designer and the construction expert was presented on selected demolition examples.
