Based on practical and analytical investigations, assembIy errors or manufacturing errors of worm gear even in mating of envelope surfaces can transform linear mating to point mating which can move to exterior part of worm wheel teeth surface. Due to this it can be a reason of hasten wear or brake of worm wheel teeth. Because of this, worm gear should be assembled and manufactured very accurate and possible to appearance errors thanks to special calculating programs should be use as parameters for localization contact and mating surface of worm gear elements.

Przedstawiono konsekwencje błędów podczas projektowania i montażu konstrukcji bezpłatwiowego dachu hali stalowej, w której rolę stężeń połaciowych miała pełnić sztywna tarcza z blach trapezowych pokrycia dachu. Oceniono wpływ ponadnormatywnych bocznych wygięć pasów oraz skręceń przekrojów poprzecznych kratowych dżwigarów dachowych na ich nośność.

The consequences of errors on the stage of the designing and the assembly of the non-purlin roof construction of the steel-hall, in which the stiff roof-shield fulfil a function of the roof bracing system, are discussed in this paper. Additionally, the estimation of influence of overnormative deformations - lateral deflections and twists of cross-section - of the lattice girders on their carrying capacity is presented.
