Italian belezza means, generally, beauty of landscape. It means that it is a kind of environment for architecture, but, in the same time, architecture is a part of it. So, one could say that architecture does not exist without context. And, if the context is perfect, architecture being its part, is perfect to. However, in Italy examples of very good contemporary architecture (architecture of today) are not so frequent. How it is possible, specially if we compare previous epochs. Maybe it is because of weakness of democracy, which is overwhelming by belezza, which in such a case could be understood as unexpected a tool of impossibility.
