W pracy przedstawiono strukturę nakładów pracy własnej i obcej na produkcję roślinną, zwierzęcą i prace ogólnogospodarcze oraz sposób wykorzystania posiadanych zasobów pracy w zmechanizowanych gospodarstwach rolniczych. Stwierdzono, że wraz ze wzrostem powierzchni badanych jednostek wysokość produkcji końcowej z 1 gospodarstwa rośnie, ale zarazem maleje w przeliczeniu na 1 ha UR.

Paper analysed the structure of human labour inputs, both the farmers' own and hired, on field crop and animal production, on overall farm works as well as the manner of using possessed manpower resources on the farm. The results showed that increasing of the farm size stimulated the increase of final output per farm but, on the other side, it decreased when related to 1 ha of arable land.

The aim of the paper is presentation of changes which took place between agricultural indexes in 2002 and 2010 in accordance to changes of agricultural holdings income. The research shows that there was increase of typical agricultural activity income about 6,8% but that kind of activity was only 30,3% of total income. Among other sources of income there were pointed wage labor (31,1%), non-agricultural activity (9,5%) and income from pensions and annuities (19,7%).

Badania przeprowadzone przy zastosowaniu metod regresji o jednej zmiennej oraz regresji wielorakiej wykazały, że popyt na ciągniki w największym stopniu zależy od realnych dochodów z produkcji rolniczej. Zmiana poziomu tych dochodów o jeden punkt procentowy powodowała w latach 1989-1997 spadek lub wzrost sprzedaży ciągników fabrycznie nowych o ok. 890 sztuk rocznie. Mniej wyraźny był wpływ wartości rolniczej produkcji towarowej (zmiana tej wartości o 1 mld zł rocznie powodowała zmianę zakupów o 86 szt. rocznie).

Single variable regression as well as the multiple regression methods were used to survey the demand for agricultural tractors on Polish market. The results showed that the demand for tractors depends mostly on the real income from agricultural production. Within 1989-1997 the change in that income level by one percentage point caused a drop or an increase in the sale by about 890 brand-new agricultural tractors per year. The effect of the value of commercial agricultural production occured much less evident ( the annual change in that value by 1 billion PLN changed the purchase by about 86 tractors a year).

Przedstawiono opłacalność pracy ludzkiej w siedmiu gospodarstwach rodzinnych o zróżnicowanej powierzchni użytków rolnych. Modele gospodarstw opracowano na podstawie istniejących gospodarstw, przy wykorzystaniu istniejącego zestawu maszyn oraz w oparciu o stosowane technologie.

The profitability of human labour was studied on seven family farms of differentiated area of agricultural land. Models of the farms were developed on the basis of existing farms, considering their equipment with agricultural machines and technologies being in the use.
