The analysis aimed at determining the appropriate acoustic model of the wall partition which consists of two thin plates separated by a thin spatial interior acoustic cavity. The partition separates two adjacent 3D acoustic cavities: the transmitter and receiver rooms. In the paper two way of modeling of such a structure are presented. In the first case the interior cavity and the plates are considered as a separate subsystem while in the second case for those elements a double wall model is assumed. The result of SEA method prediction are compared to the 'in situ' measurements
The analysis of acoustics radiation generated by excited steady-state vibration of a plate is presented in the paper. The structural vibration analysis of a plate with system of piezoelectric layers was made by application of the finite element package ANSYSâ. The analysis was done for the lowest three modes. The hybrid method and fluid structure interactive were applied to estimate of the sound pressure radiated by vibrating panel.
The recent yoears have whitnessed a rapid developement of new construcion materials, some of these showing anisotropic properties, while the constructions are light and very strong. These new materials appeared in the last few years, hence it is necessary to determine the acoustical parameters of such constructions. This study is concered with calculations of sound reduction index of three-layered systems made from thin, transparent polyurethane foil. Experimental tests were run for created numerical models and experimental results are compared with numerical calculations.
